Tapioca Go

This is my favorite place to get boba. One thing that I want to note is that this store offers non-dairy milk options! This is the first boba place I have been to that does this. I usually have to avoid milk teas because I have a dairy sensitivity, but here I can ask for a substitute. This is great for customers who cannot have dairy. The shop is really cute and cozy. The employees are always super friendly. If I have a boba craving, I come here.

I've never had bad service or product! But the patient I saw when a first timer came in, and she was walked through the entire menu and given options and samples...yet the service did not stop nor lack with the other employees. Great team of young people. No matter what day I go, I'm never displeased...

This is the best bubble tea place in Chesapeake. Maybe it’s the only one. Tapioca go has a nice selection of different drinks that you can get with or without boba. Some of the specialty drinks are amazing, but it’s sad to see them leave the menu. I am pretty basic and always get the milk tea with boba. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the actual tapioca is sometimes a little hard. It’s good, but Kung Fu Tea is slightly better in my opinion. Please note that most of these drinks are very sweet so it’s a good idea to get half sugar or 25% sugar. This place also serves a limited food menu, but I have not tried. Definitely get the bubble tea. The ambiance here is very nice and I would enjoy hanging out here for a little bit. They even have some board games you can play while you enjoy your refreshment. The decorations are Pokémon everywhere! One thing they could do better is wipe off the tables every once in a while. They get sticky. Check out the pictures that speak better than my writing.

The worker here was SUPER helpful. She asked us if we had ever been there before, or had boba. She explained what the drinks were like , and helped us to pick one we'd actually enjoy! I got the strawberry green tea with peach boba and my boyfriend got the coconut milk tea with peach boba. We were both very satisfied. I hope to go back soon!

Cute place to get boba, they have the typical flavors of milk tea as well as flavor tea. They also have smoothies and milk foam. All of which can be enhanced with toppings, the best one being the yogurt boba. Excellent service, quick turnaround, fair prices. The lobby is cool and has a lot of Pokémon decorations. Highly recommended.
