9 dollar wrap meal. This isnt even the size of half a wrap. Waist of money.

Complete and total incompetence. Picture is after waiting for 10 minutes. Only moved this far because two cars gave up and left. Lobby closed because they have short staff. How can you not be manned to handle 1 register (drive thru) at 730 on Friday night.

This is the worst location in the Chesapeake. Tonight really set me off. The woman at the window was rude. I was the only car in line, it took a good 2-3 minutes for her to even come to the window. She finally came up with my food and never spoke a word to me! Handed me my food again no word was too busy talking to someone else. When I went to check the bag she gave me no napkins and 1 packet of Arbys sauce.

Cook got frustrated and beat the wall with his fist. Customer jumped in line because their order was wrong. All around disfunction. Second time we had visited - first time wasnt quite as bad.

Exceptional service!
A young man in the kitchen came to the front of store to talk to me about my gluten allergy, we went over the menu together and he was able to build me a custom sandwich with the ingredients that didn’t contain gluten and put it all together in a salad bowl instead of on a bun.

Absolutely horrible Arbys. The line was 3 cars long and I waited 20 minutes only to see as I left that my order was missing 2 sandwiches. I waited in line again, and the woman at the window sarcastically told me "Here's 2 more sandwiches" rudely as if I had lied to them. Very frustrated and disappointed, as I was excited to have an Arbys in the area.

I wish there was another Arby's close by. 3rd time I've gone through the drive though and gotten no cheese on my beef and cheddar. Very frustrating.

When i got there there were 4 people in line in the drive thru ended up spending 30 + min waiting for my food they told me to pull up waited 10 min saw 3 other cars get there food before me. I went inside and still had to wait 5 min before i got my food.
