The food is always good here. Great coffee and very helpful staff. However,  none of this detracts from the fact that the Tories have broken everything. Nice restaurant, tasteful decor & well situated in Cheltenham, with street parking to the rear. I enjoyed my food, could have been hotter but it was good. Only downfalls were noise levels in the restaurant,not help by music, which wasn't discernible & just added to the overall noise. And toilets were closed with no signage on the ground floor, my disabled daughter had to struggle to get upstairs just to find them closed!)

Greetings by a lovely girl, who allowed us to take our seats at lunchtime early because the weather was terrible. We were treated with such kindness and respect that we thought it must be our birthdays! The staff were just lovely. The food was gorgeous and delectable - highly recommend. All together a wonderful lunchtime experience!

We had a voucher use, so decided to try Prezzo on the promenade. We weren’t disappointed! The food was amazing, as soon as we arrived we were greeted, shown to our table and our drinks order taken. We opted to go for a three course meal, starting with garlic bread and fried mozzarella, then a calzone and pizza for mains; it was all delicious! Just about enough room for pudding we thought so sticky toffee pudding and lemon meringue pie it was! Amazing food, friendly and attentive service, and a wonderfully cosy restaurant, we’d highly recommend you try it!
