I ordered two dragon fruit drinks waited 30 minutes for them people kept coming and getting there drinks And I should’ve before them no one asked me if I needed anything so I had to go back on the line and asked for my drink very bad customer service I love Starbucks I never experienced that ever I felt discriminated I always do drive-through this is the first time I went inside the other girls where just standing and didn’t ask if I need anything The only one that help me was the Asian girl The two white girls where pretty rude

7 people working with 9 people waiting in the lobby, and still waited 29 minutes for a triple shot espresso only.

Fantastic Starbucks location very close to Lake Chelan, well maintained and beautiful outdoor patio. The drinks were amazing and made great by their attentive staff. Best caramel macchiato I had in a while. Would definitely return to this quick espresso stop again and recommend to anyone who loves a good coffee.

"Can we get a peppermint white mocha? 'No, I'm sorry. We're all out of peppermint.' Can we get egg nog? 'No, we dont have egg nog.' Ok.. how about a Cinnamon Dolce? 'I'm sorry, but we are out of that.' Alright... How about a white mocha with nutmeg on top? 'We dont have that either!' Ok. How about a cranberry bliss bar? 'Nope, haven't had those in a long time!' Ok then..." Then the barista wants to talk about what were doing for fun today through the ordering window as if there isnt a 8 car lineup behind us. Worst starbucks experience EVER. Coffee was made right though. That was worth the 1 star.

Although I rarely have coffee (I'm one of those reverse people that caffeine causes drowsiness for), there are times I just want a cup of oatmeal or sandwich before working early, and Starbucks Coffee houses, like this beautiful one in Chelan, are fabulously dependable at hours not much else is available! Thank you. :)

I love Starbucks. This one in chelan is very nice inside and offers pick up. It let my school come in and have a book club meeting inside it . And has great food and drinks.

Longest service anywhere! Seriously, I utilize Starbucks statewide. I can count on being in the drive through of this location for a minimum of :20. Due to its location, there isn't another store for at least 30 miles, and I'm guessing they know it. The kicker - only 5 cars in line during this writing. 🤣
