The Cheesecake Factory

The bread is excellent. The bistro shrimp pasta is excellent as well. My wife says it has a little kick. I really enjoyed the shepherd's pie, I have this is the first time I've ever had shepherd's pie and it was very very delicious. Anna is an absolutely great waitress, has come by plenty times, kept our drinks full ask, if we need anything and brought it right away. She puts forth 110%. The cheesecakes are delicious if you eat here be sure to get yourself a cheesecake. This just happens to be the first time here, being our anniversary,. Be sure to get the cheesecake and it is worth every penny. We had a terrific anniversary coming here. The food, atmosphere, service, and the terrific view from our booth, I don't think we could have picked a better restaurant in Chattanooga to celebrate our 8th anniversary.

Online reservations via Yelp only and during peek hours are very difficult to change reservations which is understandable. For tonight’s reservation we were fortunate enough to change via telephone call and spoke with manager and only option was to change to a very late dinner which we were ok with. Hostess sat us down at our reservation time and Rachel our server greeted us with a smile and professional. Our overall service was excellent and our plates were delicious. I give them 5 stars for cleanliness and overall fantastic service. Good job guys !

I forgot to take pictures of our food before we ate it but it was superb, per usual. As was the strawberry cheesecake. This is my favorite restaurant. I never even liked blue cheese before my first time at The Cheesecake Factory when they accidentally gave me that with a to-go order (not at this location) but now I ask for extra every time. You'll never leave here disappointed.

Can I give 20 stars? Definitely our new favorite place to eat! The pasta is just the best. We had the farfalle chicken and honey truffle chicken with red velvet cheesecake for dessert. Great service, didn’t have to wait long. Needed more staff, our waitress had her hands full but she still knocked it out of the park. They have outdoor heaters on the patio, which is just another bonus. Everything exceeded all expectations.

Told the blue eyeliner receptionist that we had three people and she either didn't listen or keyed it in wrong. Waited for our turn and found this out and was told they would clean a table for us. Head receptionist guy finally noticed table was clean and told blue eyeliner girl to seat us and she finished her conversation with the third receptionist and just started walking off with the menus. She then realized we weren't following due to her not even acknowledging us and stopped. So, we started following her. We get to the table and she said you just have two correct. If she would have paid more attention in the first place she would have known and notade the same mistake twice. They were not swamped either. We had our meal. Chance the waiter was excellent and so was the food. My 84 year old uncle ordered a cheesecake to go and we left without it. We came back in 5 minutes to get it and they told me they threw it away. Poor customer relations in my book.

We went to the Cheesecake Factory for my husband's birthday dinner, and everything was fantastic. Our food and drinks were delicious, and the service was phenomenal. The weather and the atmosphere were perfect out on the patio, so we dined outside and were so glad we did. Overall it was a very enjoyable evening and we will definitely return soon.

We had ok service, but everything was pretty meh. They should be way better than the experience we had. Never been to this one, but all others were always good to great, so was disappointing. Margarita Pizza was just not very good, heartburn sauce on a soggy flatbread. Caesar salad was good, as was their potato soup of the day. Garden salad was small, sad, and tomatoes were mealy and not very good. The price was the worst part, but at least we weren’t charged for the worst drink on the menu (they make their own awful Bloody Mary mix, badly)

So first time dining at the cheesecake factory. So on first impressions of the establishment I find it lacking hygienic standards. My table is beyond sticky, moved to another and well same thing.our server was nice. Decor is well, odd. Let's just say odd. So server brought over bread. Nice thought but terribly stale and hard. So we left it alone. So food arrives, course it was incorrect. And had to sent back. As if the first 47 minutes we waited was a practice run. So the coleslaw was completely horrible. Can't even describe the flavor. Was just horrible. (See photo, as Imoved the 1 ounce of veg, 4 ouncesof nasty sauce) Moving on, fish and chip... fishsticks. Boring, frozen and lack luster. Chicken piccata, in a non traditional cream sauce. And with dill, odd ingredient choice. So overall, I won't be returning to any cheesecake factory. To many issues and just poorly executed menu . Another chain restaurant fail. Only because of our server they got the 2 stars. The young lady did a great job.
