I love taco bell.. it's my favorite fast food. Pretty much the only fast food I eat. But this has to be one of the worst managed Taco Bells I've ever seen. Every week it's someone new and they're worse than the last. I'll drive up when it's completely dead and they'll tell me to wait. Then I look inside and it's always 2.. 3 people tops. This taco bell used to do so much business.. it was always packed. Not it's 15 bucks a person, slow as hell and completely dead. I go here 1, sometimes 2 times a week. It was falling apart long before the pandemic, but the pandemic prices make this place unbearable.

When they’re open it’s great! They went above and beyond tonight. I ordered something with potatoes and they told me to pull around so they could make fresh ones for me. The number of times I’ve had old potatoes at a Taco Bell is more than I can count. I was more than happy to wait a few extra minutes to get hot and crispy potatoes! We customized everything to be vegetarian and they nailed it. Totally redeemed themselves from our last visit!

Stopped to get my "year's fill" of a childhood fave. My order was missing an item, but there wasn't an issue returning. Even received a bunch of manager's coupons for the blunder. Worth it.

I’ve been here several times both in the drive-thru & inside. The food is always prepared well & taste delicious! I’m rating 4 stars because the drive-thru is so very slow. I normally stop by here around 3:30pm and it seems like there’s only 1 person working inside. Hopefully it’s faster during the lunch & dinner rush.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid $27 for 3 meals and only got one meal and half of the other. Didn’t give us a receipt and no straws. Baby doll tacos we were supposed to get 3. I’m starving 😭

Worst fast food experience. Never have I gone there where they haven't messed up the order, and then they said they would fix it next time, but then refused to.. So paid for 2 meals here and never once got what I ordered. Go somewhere else. Customer service was really mean too.
