My waitress was Carley she was great. Tierra was another
Waitress for another section.
And she checked on me!
I watched the staff pitch in and be TEAM players - from cleaning tables to assisting wherever they could!
The manager was even helping & bring out food!
The food was hot & delicious 😊 kudos to the cooks

Veterans day event, that allowed me a free meal. It was very much appreciated! We took our 7 year old grandson, who thoroughly enjoyed his breakfast and his grandparents! The server was warm, welcoming and pleasant 😊

Natasha was AMAZING!! She has the sweetest personality and made our meal so enjoyable. It’s so rare to find someone so positive and full of such good energy. She is truly one of best servers we have ever had. While the food was excellent, she is the reason for the 5 stars. Thank you, Natasha!

Very slow business wise. Attentive server and quick service. Food was delicious. Hate business is so slow still in many places after covid and places remain so staffed. I could tell, though they never said it, nor did their service reflect it. Thanks guys! Black hole sun! Ha!

Our waitress ended up having an emergency and had to leave mid service to our table. The manager that day stepped in, took all of our orders without writing them down, food came out quickly and even saw him cooking when we were leaving.
I can't get enough compliments to that manager, he had a level head, polite and friendly and being short staffed, he stepped up to the place with no stress showing or frustrations.
My family would go back solely on how well he handled the whole situation. Great experience.

My family went on a Sunday when it was usually very busy. We happen to get there just at the right time. Only had a minute wait due to staffing issues. Even if they had issues, everything was moving fast, and the service was great. The hostess sat us in a timely manner, and our waitress was on the ball. Even for her first time serving. She was absolutely fantastic!

I go to this location on Saturday or Sundays if I feel like some breakfast or brunch. Expect 20 minute waits on weekends for 2 people.. longer for more than that. Smaller but has outdoor seating (that I’ve never seen used). The staff work their tails off and the cooks do an actually really good job! From the omelets to pancakes to a simple cup of coffee, they do a good job! Clean for the most part. Bathrooms too! A solid IHOP experience. Seems to be managed well.

Very busy, but quick service. I didn't catch the young lady's name, but she was the best server I've had in a long time (and some pretty cook tattoos on her arms). She was working hard to make sure her customers were taken care of and also cleaning off other tables to get others seated. The new French toast was DELISH and the cheesecake pancakes were sooo good. I forgot to take a picture before we tore into them, but yes, they are worth it!

Had a great breakfast here with great service ( Gabriella was great!). Food came out nice and quick which was great for my kids. They usually are lighter eaters but took out the whole smilie face pancake. Bacon was cooked nice and crisp, eggs were cooked to a perfect over easy. I've heard good things about this location and they were all true, will be back with the kids again.

Great job IHOP of Ballantyne! In these challenging times, your team delivered a positive experience even on a busy Sunday. The wait was above normal but appropriate, and the staff were well organized on a non-stop flow of customer traffic for both dine in and take out. The food for all 5 in my party was terrific, and definitely warrants a revisit. See you soon 👍👍
