Panera Bread

Dropped by here for a quick bite. I was greeted by a very perky, smiling young lady at the counter who quickly took my order. She informed me after that breakfast ended 30 minutes earlier and if I would like something else? I told her anything else she picked is fine as long as it's not spicy, since I had not eaten as yet. I got the wrong bread but the sandwich was good. Place smelled weird. As if it could use some airing out. Place was clean.

I have only been picking up from this location, so I can't speak about the current dine-in experience, though I don't remember having any bad experience when I used to dine in. The quality and taste of food are excellent, and the service has been meeting my expectations consistently. Kudos to the team and the hard work they are putting in to provide the service!

Excellent customer service even though I showed up 15 min to closing and my order was at another location. The issue got quickly resolved by the manager. Move over Chic fil a. There's a restaurant chain that is on another level of customer experience. Thanks Panera and the staff working at Northlake!!

I am Thoroughly Pleased with this location's Service, Atmosphere and it's AMAZING Employees. I come regularly since joining the Unlimited Sip Club. I tend to work an abundance of 11 hr. shifts on my job and I swear by the Charged Lemonades (Ya'll stole me from StarBucks 😁). It's the equivalence of (2) cups of coffee and a nice change for a cold drink. It helps me power through my (6) day week. I was trying to take advantage of the Bakers Dozen deal on Tuesday at another location and the mgr. said that they were sold out and it was only 3 p.m. I was miffed, so I called across town to my favorite location and Josh (Mgr.) went above and beyond to take care of me. He took care of my needs over the phone and it was bagged and ready upon my arrival. They have a young and pleasant staff who makes you feel welcome. Keep up the Good Work, I Appreciate you 🤗🎉🌞

I had came in with my sister in law for lunch and we had gone to the mobile register where you can customize your order. Once I had finished customizing my salad I had waited by the pick up line to get my order. However the pickup time was usually slow I do however wanted to give a shout out to the employee that was working at the pickup area she was extremely kind. I had gotten my salad that I ordered and I told the employee that there was an error and I choose the Fuji apple salad without the onions. She then politely told me they they would make another for me, once I received the next salad it was incorrect again with things I didn't want since I had the option to customize my salad at the mobile register. I just wanted to share to be mindful of this also for allergy reasons. To the kind employee working the pick up area she did a wonderful job. Even when my order the first time was not correct she was extremely polite, and there was a gentleman behind me that his was wrong as well. Even though this wasn't the experience I was hoping for, the staff has been very polite.
