Pho Real

This is the 4th Phö restaurant I've recently visited in Charlotte and it's the best. I'd heard about it for years but never got there til recently. I had the usual (for me)...pork spring rolls, eye round medium Phö, and iced coffee. The spring rolls were nice and fresh and chewy...the accompanying peanut sauce was tasty with chopped Peanuts. The Phö bowl was nice and hot, and full of beef flavor. Meat was lean and the side plate of limes, basil, jalapeños and bean sprouts was fresh. The iced coffee was the BEST of any of the Phö restaurants I've been to. It was the true drip style with condensed milk. Just the right strength to hold up to the ice! I don't know of any other place that still uses the drip method...takes longer but, to me it's worth the wait! On my second visit the meat was a little fatty and they were out of bean sprouts (Friday) but everything else; spring rolls and iced coffee were on point!... Of the 4 Phö restaurants Phö Real is the BEST and much more affordable than on Central Ave!! Love it! This is my got to Phö place now.

Great place to grab some noodles and fried rice. I really enjoyed their pork fried rice. Generous portions, with nice big chunks of pork (you can tell it's quality). The broth that comes with their pho is top tier, for sure. I really enjoyed the bowl along with their spring rolls. The peanut sauce they make is delicious. I certainly will be back for a round two sometime soon!

I can’t express enough how delicious this food is. I always order To-Go bc I don’t have time to sit down and eat. Their garden pho soup is delicious. I don’t like their tofu but I also don’t eat meat so this is the best option. Their vegan fried spring rolls are literally the best I’ve had in my life. Dining in or to go, this place is the best for pho. I love it.

Went to Charlotte for a quick trip to IKEA and my friend was in the mood for some pho. This was my first time trying it and now I’m hooked. This place had great pho- the broth was delicious, the meat was soft and the noodles were in point. Very budget friendly with great options in sizes. Highly recommend!

My Bf and I were vacationing and we were looking for authentic vietnamese food. We encountered this place by just searching food near by. I was sketchy at first but this is one of those places you call a hidden gem. The place was very clean, looked presentable and the ambience was very calm and soothing. The food was A+ , everything was super delicious and handled with care. I loved it overall but definitely need to improve on the customer service when it comes to servers. 🫶🏽
