We came in for a party platter and the young gentleman up at the front counter was wonderful! (Keith, I believe) Instead of just saying "I haven't learned this yet" or something like that, he took the time to connect with his boss for more info on how to do catering orders and he helped us the same night! Keith did a great job of giving us information about the different catering and party platters that subway offers. Keith said he was new, but he still did an amazing job helping us and was extremely professional, patient, kind and friendly! Very obvious to us that he is a fast learner and good at his job! He even talked us into a yummy sub-sandwich after we placed our catering order!😉 Below is a picture of the delicious build your own sandwich he made me, packed full of healthy and delicious meat and veggies! Keith is the perfect employee to model the values and good food of the Subway company! His managers should be proud!

We really like the decor in this subway. The sandwiches were really good but the store was really busy so it took a long time to get thru the line. I suggest using the app if you are in a hurry. The staff was very friendly. The only downer was that the manager(??) wheeler out the garbage bin right thru the people waiting to order and by the tables where we were eating. Maybe he should wait until it’s not busy.

Subway catered an outdoor party. Everything was fresh and displayed on a tray. Took a few people before I made the order. But, it was wonderful. Dressings all came in small cups.

Andrew (from what I understand it was his 3rd day) made me the best salad, with a smile on his face, spoke very polite and was welcoming other customers when they came in. I had to have him put new gloves on because I am highly allergic to onions. Andrew had no problem with that and was very cautious not to touch or brush against onions. In Missouri we dont have that pleasant of people...he is definitely a keeper! Good job Andrew!

Ok its Subway so you'll get you guessed it, Subway. But the staff are nice and take their jobs seriously which makes a difference. And you can't go wrong grabbing a table outside and enjoying the people-watching while u extinguish ur sandwich!

Conveniently located in the downtown area. The food is awesome, employees polite and quick service. Plenty of seating also with a nice view of Round Lake.
