Dunkin'

The hours were not updated, so I ordered a mobile order and showed up to being told the store was closed by the Subway worker. However, there were multiple employees in the back messing around. Manager called me back and was very nice but didn’t give a very viable option for a refund. I was going to pick it up on my way back to college and had used free drink rewards. Instead, I have to have someone else go get my drink and they drink it (?) or wait until I come back in over a month.

The donuts are always good and the place is always clean but the staff could be more attentive and patient. A few times the staff has not seen me at the cash register or ignored that I am there because they are all at the drive through. When they do come over to help I feel as if they are rushing me.

If I could give them 0 star I would but I can’t. They don’t deserve 1 star. I’m not a person that writes reviews but It’s has been many times already that when I get out off work from midnights. I stop by to Dunkin’ and buy breakfast and they always have an excuse (oven is down or not running and also ran out of items). Like seriously it’s breakfast time. It’s so frustrating. So, I have to drive to Dunkin’ in Houbolt st.

I am extremly dissatisfied with this Dunkin Donuts location. I ordered my coffee (Hot Carmel coffee, with almond milk and sugar) and recieved a coffee with no almond milk nor sugar. I took my order back, told them they did it wrong. They asked my order again, and I gave it to them. They then handed me another wrong coffee, this time with no carmel flavoring. The lady who handed me the second coffee rolled her eyes and gave the coffee to me with attitude. I understand that they may have been busy, but if I am paying for a coffee, I expect my order to be correct, at least by the second time. I have had many incorrect orders from this Dunkin that I have let slide, but I am tired of spending money at a place that doesn't value their customers nor their orders. I am extremely upset at how this Dunkin handles their incorrect orders.
