Arby's

I went on a Saturday morning and no one was around, which is fine by me because I wanted to sit and stay a while. Service was really nice and quick and staff was very friendly. The food was much better than expected, I could tell care went into my wrap as it was well made. Music is a tad loud in the lobby, but I don't think most would notice.

I just read a review that mirrored my most recent experience at this Arby's. Pulled up to the drive-through. A voice gave me the typical fast-food spiel and told me to order when I was ready. I ordered. Silence. I waited a little while and asked if they heard my order. Silence. I pull up to the window. They were closed. I'm giving them a four-star review because I've eaten there many times and the food is always good. When I eat inside the dining room is so spotless it almost looks brand-new and the employees are always polite and very good at their jobs. I'm just pointing out that it was a frustrating, annoying experience. When the restaurant is closed, please, turn off the automatic voice messages. Seems a no-brainer to me. To end on a positive: Love their chicken (prefer it to the roast beef) and mozzarella sticks.
