We are blessed to have such wonderful associates at our Starbis!!! Everyone is so kind! Training is obviously well done as our drinks are always exactly as we'd expect! This is such a lovely shop! Always clean, everyone is friendly. I'm grateful for how well this shop has become part of the community.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. Even with a long line at the drive-through. Beware the driveway entrance/exit; the location of the dumpster (I think) creates a huge blind spot right in front of you.

Drinks were great, just slow service, albeit friendly service. They couldn't keep up with all the customers.

Staff tonight was awesome! They were able to accommodate us very well and made amazing drinks. They were all very kind and joy to be served by!

One of the better locations to go to in our town. They are always nice, helpful, and will make great suggestions for drinks if you don't know what you want. They also are very nice when giving pup vups to my freshly groomed dog for her treat. The only issue. I've ever had is when I do an order ahead & request a food item -they sometimes forget to give it with the drinks or it isn't heated/warmed (the bread & muffins only though). I take responsibility for not recalling to ask where my bakery item is though. The location is always clean as well.
The only real complaint is that the entry/exit section is pretty dangerous with a major blind spot and not very much room for a car to get thru, and absolutely forget it is there is a supply truck there

We went through the drive through which we don't normally do at this location because it's a cluster...but the employee at the window was so nice. She actually held a conversation with us while we waited. This shouldn't be such an amazing thing but most people her age can't handle a one on one conversation. We were happily surprised.

My visit on 5/22/23 was a lovely drive thru visit. Onika the barista was the best I had a genuine conversation with her so real and nice and she recognized me and my order she made my day!! True customer service not fake and awkward …. Great job Onika

Best coffee shop in town. The atmosphere and service is ALWAYS fabulous! Lovely people, wonderful atmosphere. One of my favorite places in Champaign:)

Typically going through Starbucks is a headache with the line. But today, this morning these girls are in top of it! They are in amazing moods, very quick and friendly! Definitely made my day a little bit better! All three of them deserve a little extra this holiday season!
