Ashley gave absolutely outstanding customer service today! She got our order accurate and quickly! She was very kind with nice small talk. It's nice to have good customer service and sometimes in the fast-food industry it's hard to find. We hope to return to this location, not just for the excellent and fresh food, but for the very amazing and kind customer service!! Thank you so much Ashley and we hope you have a fantastic day!! 💖

Went to the drive-thru to simply get a mint shake and a fountain drink. They were not very busy but the staff acted like they had 1500 people lined up outside the door. They were in such a rush when the kid handed me my shake there was part of it spilled down the side of the cup they offered no napkins spoon straw or anything. Had to go back inside and ask him how he was going to pretend he didn't notice. He said he didn't but it's impossible as the shake was all over the outside in large lumps. They made me another one.

I came to this arbys tonight to pick up dinner. I ordered two french dip meals and went upon my night driving across town to bring food to my girlfriend. By the time I arrived to my destination I opened the boxes and this is what I was presented with. Not only was the food upside down but we didn't receive the dip that comes with it, the sweet tea had gone bad, and despite them claiming they made fresh fries they definitely were not. I've worked in fast food so usually i don't fuss about mistakes but this was just poor care. By the time I would have arrived back at this location they would have been closed so I had it replaced at another location but I definitely not be returning to this one for dinner.

This is one of the only visits that I have had issues. Ordered beef and cheddar, got classic roast beef. Had to correct the drive thru worker on my order for jalapeno bites. I donated to the charity, but did not receive the voucher for a shake. I waited longer than usual. Again, this appeared to be a staffing issue. They are very dependable on most occasions.
