Tim Hortons

I love Tim Hortons. And I gave this store the benefit of the doubt. After the 3rd bad visit I feel like this store needs addressed. All three visits they are out of the items I ordered. They are always super slow. 2 people in front of me bailed on their orders due to the long wait. I may be able to overlook the issues if the food was good, but either the food was bad, or they just got the order wrong. Do yourself a favor and stop at a different location. Luckily there is another location close to where I work.

The Tim Horton's on Wilmington Pike is not good at all! Their ordering marquee is an embarrassment, like they don't even care. The gentleman taking the order doesn't seem overly friendly and they rarely have what I ask for. It's always on the truck that's to be delivered later. I keep hoping that the next time it'll be better but no improvement yet! Too pricey for always having to settle for second choice food options.

Tim Hortons is one of my favorite places in the world, BUT this one is badddd. They were not only out of a handful of things I had asked for, but when I finally found something they did have it was stale, burned, and not at all worth the money. Also, payed for a large drink and got a small..? Adding to my review, I just tasted what was suppose to be a peppermint latte and it is BY FAR the worse “latte” I have EVER tasted. Can’t even finish it, it’s so bad.

Low rating given due to experience this visit. I was notified initially upon ordering, that the restaurant was out of bacon and pretzel bagels. I adjusted my order accordingly and asked for a different meal. When I got to the window I paid. While waiting for my food the attendant came back out the window and notified me that they were out of Coke, she offered me other options however I declined all. She went back to work, then reopened the window stating that they were out of chips and would I prefer a muffin or a doughnut. I declined, and she stated she would have to refund part of my money. The attendant had asked her manager to refund me since I did not want the Drink or the chips and I paid for a meal instead of the sandwich. This conversation took place while the window was open and I could hear everything. The manager replied to the attendant To “just give it to her”. My money was not refunded. Very poor experience, do not recommend this place.

The new management is trash. She's rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. The way she talks to people is sarcastic and condescending. She leaves her staff with no product or information to get the product. Numerous times this coffee shop has been out of coffee completely. That's a problem that falls under store manager. This store should be shut down immediately

I’d rather give them no stars. The person on the headset is mumbling and you can barely Understand what he’s saying. Fine, whatever. It’s 9am and they have no cheese, so I ordered assorted timbits, I got two flavors; okay. Whatever. I order the hash brown sticks, and they are cold and hard as rocks. My coffee taste decent but my first drink was straight sugar because why stir it. Trash.

This location is a disgrace. They are frequently out of food/drink items, even napkins! The service staff is rude to each other and orders are typically incomplete. Corporate needs to take over this location or force a sale to bring in new management and staff. The location is convenient and this store could be a much higher producer ...but not with the current management. The Beavercreek OH location and Troy OH location are polar opposites to this Centerville OH location. Those two stores process a higher customer volume, are never out of product, have staff who reflect positive attitudes and don't bat an eye to fill 5 dozen doughnuts first thing in the morning, all while keeping the shelves stocked.
