Dunkin'

Limited staff so orders take a long time. In the morning, the wait can be 20 minutes from start to finish. They often sell out of donuts, bagels, and specialty beverages. Staff is very nice and they try hard. This location needs about 5 more people working here for the amount of business they get. Often times they have just 2 people so the line is out the door.

Gave the location a second chance but is still below mediocre. Give yourself peace of mind and just go to Starbucks across the street. We were very excited about the new strawberry popping bubbles but it was a huge disappointment. If they had more then 15 bubbles in each that was exaggerating. I don’t recommend this location.

I just came in this morning 5/29/22 @ around 11 am. I ordered 10 croissants one of them with no egg, only sausage and cheese because one of my family members is allergic eggs. They gave me two bags full of all my sandwiches and pointed to an unmarked sandwich and said this one is no egg. I marked it myself to be sure I have the right sandwich. My brother-in-law takes his first bite to discover the sandwich has egg. After checking each sandwich, they all had egg. His was the only one without cheese. You better hope he didn't have to go to the hospital.

The coffee tastes very burnt unfortunately, very poor customer service, the quality of the food is very poor....cold and rubbery. They couldn't put money back on my credit card after asking to have a refund and rudely just handed me cash and said here you go. I have tried to keep going hoping it will get better. But, this most recent time I just can't justify going back and spending money there.

Stopped in for donuts n coffee... and a Dr. Pepper. There was no one in the store..... the employees were discussing who would wait on the counter... meaning us. The young lady who took our order was pleasant n courteous. I think she was frustrated w co-workers as she appeared to have just come to work. No Dr. Pepper. Restroom was clean.... donuts were great. Got a pepper a few doors down.

I ordered a ice coffee from door dash and asked for the normal amount of sugars for a medium 3 they gave me way more than three . Just because it’s a DoorDash and you mess up the order doesn’t mean you shouldn’t fix it . As a prior Dunkin employee I can tell whoever made this needs better work ethic .

On, or about 1915 hours on January 21st 2020 my family and I came in to grab some coffee and ice cream. Upon entry we meet a woman, another customer, standing in the lobby alone, with no cashier or employee to be seen. She said she had been standing in there for ten minutes seeing no one. I took my sons to the restroom and came out. Still no employees. The other customer finally left. We made our way to the door, but not before I took photos of the empty restaurant. When we were returning to our car, we saw three employees standing outside smoking and playing on their phones. Also took photos. They should all be fired. And people like this think they deserve $15+ an hour? This may be an entry level job, but these employees can’t even perform entry level tasks.
