Wendy's

Did an Uber Eats order and of course they messed up my sandwich!!!!! Very irritated!! Burger was suppose to be plain not have everything on it. Also the sandwich looked very sloppy when I opened the wrapper. Fries weren’t the greatest but they are okay. Frosty looks like a small not a large. Nuggets were okay. Could’ve been better. But read the tickets or the screens that the orders pop up on!!! Not that hard to read!

Walked through drive through because lobby was closed. That I understand when your short staffed. However. I went through. Waited 30 mins. Got my drink an fry but I ordered a plain no cheese Dave's double, I received a single with everything. I'm lactose intolerant and can't eat bacon. I couldn't eat my burger an they never gave me a recipe so it's not like I could go back, plus I'm not gonna walk out in the rain again. I will never eat there again. I'll get a frosty an a lemonade but no more.

I ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich combo. I had to repeat myself twice, which is no big deal I want the correct order. I get home and open my bag up to a burger and not a spicy chicken sandwich. I repeated the entire order twice and they still get it completely wrong. I called them and they are making it right so they have good customer service at least.

Worse experience I have had at any fast food chain. Waited in drive thru for twenty minutes with no movement. Went in to order instead and every employee was dumb founded about their job. The girl at the register had no clue what she was doing. Then we waited for the manager to clear the register out for her mistake All and all maybe they should close down the place or get a crew that knows how to run the place. Apparently !!! They all smoked one to many before work and had no clue what they were doing!!!

Two Saturdays we sat in the drivethru 20 to 30 minutes. What we witnessed was the staff would take an order wait for that car to receive their food before taking the next order. Last Saturday they didn't have any frostys, last night only chocolate. So out of 2 Wendy's we went to waiting 20 to 30 minutes at each one for a frosty we finally got one last night. Why the staff is not taking your order when you pull up to the speaker is a good question. Not that they didn't have staff as they were clearly walking around. One outside smoking another on their phone. So between the two Wendy's I lost at least an hour of my life.

Stay AWAY! The service here is terrible. We went through the drive-thru and were “greeted” by an employee on her phone with earbuds in. It was obvious this employee did not care about what she was doing or paid any attention to us. We ended up getting home and found we were short food and some of our sandwiches were mixed up. We will be avoiding this restaurant in the future.
