Dairy Queen

Good food, but they asked us twice if we wanted everything on our sandwich, and we said no, we wanted it plain, and we still had everything on our sandwich. Not a bad experience, or too big of a deal, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. When someone asks for something a specific way, it's cause they don't like what's on it, and they had to eat it with everything they don't like. Our blizzard was also fairly melted.

Stopped in today to pick up blizzard, 3 employees made eye contact with me, none of them said a word, I stood in line for 5 minutes with no help just employees looking at me... I just left and went to a dairy queen that was more then happy with my business.... If it was me take down that stupid wall your employees hide behind!!! Don't worry I will never be back so no response needed for a business that doesn't care!

Went for free cone day. The website advertised all day free small vanilla cone. Waited in line, got to the order screen, and they said its only from 2-4. Verified again on website it says all day. 🤷‍♀️ Extra rude since the way their drive thru is setup makes it impossible to leave the line at that point.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The young lady that was taking the order at 745 through the drive thru was very rude and didn't have good manners. Then they handed the banana split to me the strawberry sause leaked out and got all over my hand and dipped all over my seat and steering wheel. They gave us no napkins and had to put it in a plastic bag I had in the car as it was super runny. I got home,cleaned the car and then set the 3 items on the counter and realized that the health blizzard had hardly any candy pieces in it, the cookie dough one had only 5 pieces of cookie dough in it and the banana split looked terrible as the ice cream was very soupy. The ice cream was not all the way frozen on tasted terrible. I will not be going to the Johnson Ave DQ ever again. The photos were taken 5 minutes after I received it. The restaurant was easy to find with ample parking. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Overall the place was clean. My family all ordered milkshakes to go, once on the road my husbands milkshake cup split down the middle, making a mess in our car. The cups were of a very poor quality and with very little pressure split. Had the cup held I would have rated higher.
