Chipotle

We just returned from eating at the Chipotle next to Lindale Mall. There was only one other couple in place. All the tables were dirty and many had cups and other trash on them. The floor was dirty and plastic forks and paper straw covers on the floor. The website says the tables are disinfected between customers. That is a joke. The trash container was overflowing so much that the swinging door stood open. We had to push our trash down to get it to stay. I looked and the staff was just standing around. We paid $30 for our two bowls and the young lady never thanked us. She just simply walked away. I know prices have increased everywhere but service should definitely not go down. It should indeed increase just like the price. In fact, there was no customer service. Chipotle, train these people and demand they clean up the place. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I plan to tell of our experience there.

Literal trash. Employees are rude as hell. Asked for a half a scoop and she looked me right in my face while dumping a whole bunch of beans on my burrito. I asked for a napkin and went to grab one off the counter and homegirl literally held them down and points to the other side without using any words like I was supposed to know there were napkins elsewhere. GROWN HUMANS USE THEIR WORDS… Obviously need better management. Place was trashed, dirty, things thrown on the ground, no clean tables, feces on the bathroom floor, a dirty diaper on the sink. Don’t even bother. DO BETTER. AND DONT BE RUDE. 🙄

Won't be going back. I'm tired of employees treating their workplace like their home. Personal Speaker attached to the hood of the grill, blaring ranchy music, with foul language, F-bombs and N word blaring out for my 2 yr old son to hear and repeat. Disgusted how employees can't work and run a business without listening to music, either blaring it, or with headphones in their ears. It is disrespectful, and rude.

I always enjoy eating at chipotle! I recommend the babacoa as you meat if you are not vegetarian. I would go for the "bowl" if you want to take it home without lettuce. If you are going to split it with someone else, the add the lettuce free of charge or go the salad route. It is hard to heat up lettuce or it wilt's....

Although almost every location I've ever been to closes at 10pm this one closes at 7pm on sundays. So I double checked the time it was 620p. We had been cooped up in a hotel so our family of 4 wanted to sit and enjoy our meal. Didn't know if we should since all the chairs were turned upside down on the tables. Found one way in the back. As we ate one of the workers was sweeping, which I get your almost closing, but really?! sweeping the dirt toward the back where we were sitting. Very rude and disrespectful when people are eating. My partner got up to use restroom. She comes over to our table, moves his chair and sweeps while we are still eating. Again so rude. Then we hear one worker saying let's just lock the doors. The other says we can't do that. Did not make us feel welcome at all. Like 8 more customers walked in at about 650p not sure how they felt about that. Food was good as usual but its a franchise sorry but your stuck at work til after it closes, have some manners.
