A great watering hole with perfect ocean views. At the right time of the year the view includes whale spouts. Dolphins, sea otters, sea lions and brown pelicans often frequent the area as well. The beer selection and food offerings are just what you want from a beach bar and restaurant (wine and d cocktails are also available). Their clam chowder, calamari and fish tacos are favorites. There is seating inside, outside, upstairs and down (there is a dog friendly seating area downstairs). The staff members are very friendly. If you’re there around 4:30pm you might get to encounter Randy the Pirate, a local legend. If he’s there, you won’t have to ask, you’ll know it. Great stop.

Great place in Cayucos! Stopped by here a couple times over the last couple months. Food is always on point and the service is good. Our server was just awesome ans she made the right recommendations and also new the drink menu. Thats a plus as sometimes the servers are clueless about drinks. She smiled and took good care of us even though it was a bit crazy in there. Props to her.
