Dunkin'

Wish I could review lower, there’s a reason why this place has so many bad reviews. The owner smells horrible and has awful hygiene. They charge 5 dollars for an Avacado toast and can’t even bother to fill the toast like they do at every other Dunkin. Too lazy to even place the bacon on top. Customer service is bad and the girls working there are bad mannered. When we asked if they could at least fill the toast with bacon they said no unless we paid more. They preferred to throw out all 3 toasts and refund the money rather than trying to fix the problem. What a waste of food, and time. Very unprofessional.

Discourteous employees. Asked for an ice coffee with some cream and got more cream than coffee. Stuff like that happens, so I politely asked for a bit more coffee. Got the coffee, but no apology, no thank you, no nothing. Interesting, I was the only customer in the store and there were no customers in the drive-thru. Now I know why!

Order ahead through the app, when we got there there was 2 cars between us and the order screen. Took 15 min from start to finish and when we got to the window, only 2 things in our order were ready and I had to remind them what was in our order. I wish this was the first time this has been our experience at this particular location but this is what it's like everytime we've gone here.

I went to this Dunkin Donuts on Sunday 3/27. I walked in with my friend and her son. We placed our order. When I ordered the Avocado toast I was informed that they did not have any avocado so I ordered something else. I also ordered a warm caramel salted latte. I paid the bill and sat down with my friends. The girl behind the counter came over and informed me that I could not have a latte, because the machine was broken. I ordered a regular hot coffee. While I was sitting with my friends eating what we ordered and drinking our coffee when the girl came over to our table and informed us that they were going to close at 1:00 P.M on a Sunday afternoon because they did not have any employees to work there were three girls working behind the counter. It was 12:55P.M. so we took our coffees and left. I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for a long time. I would never go back to this Dunkin Donuts ever again. This place is a disgrace to the Dunkin Donuts name.

I think 2 is being generous. I come here just about everday. Ive been avoiding this location when possible. The staff has gine down hill. They dont post hours of when tgey are really open. I put a mobile order in and they are closed. They haven't given me refunds. Over the last year it has just gone down hill at this location. I dont really comment but this place has just gotten worse!

Every time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts I wait several minutes to have my order taken during open hours. The place is left unattended, no one to take orders, and on multiple occasions, I see two girls taking out the trash together while the place is left with no service whatsoever. I don't understand how this place can run like a business.
