I walked in to a clean dining room with other customers spread throughout enjoying their meals and talking. I went to the counter to order my food to dine in and some takeout for the family.
The lady who took my order repeated everything correctly to the back. Poor thing was running all over the place busy doing 4 or 5 jobs at a time, but she was doing a great job! When she got my large order ready, I was going to ask for a larger bag to put everything in, but she read my mind and handed me one before I could ask! I wish I got her name, but she did an awesome job multi-tasking, keeping her cool and being super nice. She needs a raise!
The food was all perfect and tasted great! Very happy with this trip! The staff there are doing a great job!

When it comes to busy time. The people behind the food counter does not look at you nor have a welcoming look. Otherwise I will give a 5 ⭐️

I appreciate the hard work fast food service workers have. It’s often thankless and people sometimes are jerks no matter what you do. But not everyone. So Can you please put the biscuit and the Bo rounds in the bag? And when the Next customer comes: Put the biscuit and the Bo rounds in the bag. (Don’t forget the Bo Rounds.) Next customer: put the biscuit and the —-you guessed it - Bo rounds in the bag. Take care. Work hard. Do your best. If you do these things, work hard, put the Bo rounds in the bag, you could move up, get noticed and go far.. So please, put the Bo rounds with the biscuit and good things will come to you one day. Peace. And remember, it can’t be Bo time without Bo rounds with the biscuit.

Never had an issue here in the span of 10yrs that I've been a customer until tonight!
(Tues May 24, 22.)
Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:20 PM and was told they only had certain pieces and a select few to choose from & that they weren't cooking anymore! I understand wanting to leave work on the dot but I've worked in food service almost 20 yrs and THE CUSTOMER GETS WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS PERIOD unless it was completely sold out and didn't exist inside the restaurant! We also weren't allowed to 'break things down' until 10-15 minutes before closing just to be sure! I've seen managers lose their jobs for this reason alone! If you don't like your job then go find another! This is unacceptable! I've come to this location *15 minutes* before closing and was able to get my usual 8-12 piece chicken box. Last night I spent over $30 and will be glad to take my money elsewhere if this is going to be the norm!

The food is usually good but my orders have been messed up quite a few times with items not making it in the bag. The last few times I’ve been they haven’t had any sauce.

I come here very frequently, despite the long waits but these last 2 visits done it for me. There’s no reason my cajun filet was literally black #1.. and taste like pure salt. Waste of money once again & will not be back

Just closed this place down service is horrible mess up your order. Not clean at all!! Handle your food and receipt with the same gloves they use with credit cards and money transactions.. Employees don't take this place serious. Always talking and playing around.. Just close!!! 👎🏽
