Starbucks

This is my go to Starbucks among my four favorites. The reasons are plenty but here are my top four: tremendous and enthusiastic helpful service above and beyond every single time, a pleasant greeting always, and effort to give me exactly what I want, especially when I have a special orders from a team that really cares ! They know my name even from the drive thru! It matters! Thanks Jessie and Crossroads- Caitboo Starbucks!

Parking spots were readily available outside of the store. There was also no line. I was able to customize my order and use the gift card I had. The location was convenient and inside a shopping complex. The drink I received was quite small and an average tasting coffee for around $6, which is definitely overpriced. Support local cafes instead

Nice, friendly staff. Coffee tastes great but it's boiling so... Not sure who orders coffee for thirty minutes later but I am trying to drink it now. Tried stirring it with a straw to cool it down and the straw melted. That's too hot. What's the code word for I don't want to burn myself with my hot coffee?

This is only the second time at this location. The first time I got a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it was not good at all! Every other location made it perfect and this location just ruined it. I decided to give it a second try today and ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and again they just did not make it right. Not even close! Not coming back here

I have no respect for the business practices of the incompetent staff, at this location. As a delivery partner, to be told your order is not 'Priority' and have your presence dismissed, as workers inconsistently prepare your customer's order for 25+ minutes, is unacceptable. It's not that hard to stand firm, in fair treatment and complete orders in an orderly fashion. Now I'm delivering food, with comprised quality, because the IDIOTS that work here don't know how to execute, focus or work efficiently. Good job guys.

I find it interesting that Starbucks is not accepting cash. Cash is legal tender for all debts public and private. It is not up to Starbucks to Negate the importance of cash, they are constitutionally required to accept cash. We are all aware that Starbucks is vastly overpriced, their focus needs to be on providing a superior customer experience. I arrived at the window and they were certainly accepting cash tips. When I stated that either they needed to take the cash or give it to me, they gave it to me. They accepted the cash as a tip. Starbucks needs to rethink this policy, or go get a job at Starbucks for the new increase in tips!

I have never received more phenomenal service at a Starbucks than I have from the crossroads location. Everyone there is so friendly and their service is top tier. Going to other Starbucks in the area is a huge disappointment after going to crossroads. Also, my car broke down and a barista came out and gave me a jump, so they really know how to go the extra mile.
