The staff was kind and engaging and the salad was delicious. I appreciate that the ingredients are fresh and wholesome. I see numerous comments about the price and I certainly understand why many would say that it's too expensive. However, that's the cost of using fresh ingredients, using biodegradable containers paying your staff an honest wage. So for those reasons I will support them.

I have been very disappointed in the past few orders I have made at Diced. I usually get them delivered about once a week, and, recently I have noticed that when I order extra protein, which usually has a price tag of $4.00, when my food is delivered, it does not include the "extra" It has happened about 4 times now. Yesterday, I ordered extra steak and dressing, for an additional $5.00. Food delivered with standard amount of steak and only one dressing. I called to speak to someone and got a voicemail. I left a message and have not heard back. Although I do love the food, I don't think I will order from here again. Still giving a 3 star as I think the food is wonderful.

They do really well when you order your salad in-store, but there’s no way to omit items on their app. I don’t like raw tomato but order the southwest salad, and there’s always tomato in it when I’ve ordered through the app. I always put a note to omit them but they clearly don’t read the order notes. Also emailed the email they’re putting under reviews last week about this issue and never heard back.

Diced used to be one of my favorite places to eat—like I drive an hour to get it because I crave their dressings—but the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been here have only lead to disappointment, I’m not sure what has happened, but it isn’t what it used to be. I’ve placed 3 online orders where I haven’t received chicken after paying $3 for it. Two of the times I’ve called and have been told I can either come back or just deal with it. I place on online order because I don’t have the time to stand around, so coming back isn’t an option, I just wanted the difference refunded. Today, I walked back in and was handed 4 pieces of chicken in a small container, which isn’t equivalent to the amount I would have received had it been put in my salad to begin with and the dressing didn’t have any flavor today, just tasted of mayonnaise. I used to love this place, but I don’t think I’ll be back anymore.

I just left Diced.3/18/22 @ 2:00 pm. It was very busy and a phone order was only half prepared, the gentleman was waiting for 2 more salads. When he politely asked the manager about his order, she was very rude to the man. She told him that when you place a order ahead to go order and walk right in the door, the order will take a while to make. She then proceeded to argue with him. He was there waiting when I walked in, and was still there when I left. VERY RUDE MANAGER. She was also rude to her staff

I’m giving it 3 stars because the food is actually really good but the experience is draining. Ordered 2 salads off of the menu & had to repeat myself multiple times & ask them to please include the ingredients that were listed on the menu. Still ended up with both salads not what I ordered. I just moved to NC & was really excited to try to this place since we don’t have anything like this where I’m from & I ended up disappointed.
