Lunch at "Pancake Hut". I usually get breakfast, but today the "Texan cheeseburger" was calling my name.
Two hand pattied 4 oz patties, 2 cheeses, grilled red onions, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Served with hand cut fries.
Good crust on the patties, good flavor, juicy, nicely toasted bun, one of the better burgers I've had since we moved here. And a deal at $7.99

Eat here! It is the best breakfast on the 66! The coffee is fresh, the cook is amazing and the waitress is the best!!! We ate here while staying at Boots Court and we will be back.
The Hut Special was wonderful and very affordable.

They have a pretty good breakfast. Excellent pie if the lady has made any. The Show Me sampler is awesome. Reasonable prices.

My husband and I had a wonderful breakfast good home cooking I recommend this for anybody and everybody friendly staff awesome atmosphere and reasonable can't wait to go back God bless you all keep you all safe and well

Pretty good. I think the breakfasts we make at home are always the best, but if we are running short on time we would definitely stop by again.

Food was ok. Service sucked. Our waitress was more worried about her cigarettes than anything else. Never even told us her name... Took menus from a table where guests were coughing and sat them on our table without cleaning them off.

Good home cooking, no frills, nothing fancy. All fresh, no frozen ingredients. Very good service. No long wait to get food. Get your money's worth.
