I came in got a toasted steak and chz and my sandwich was still cold both of them. The lady who took my order must been new. Plus i dont like the fact they steak is not portions out already. I had to say thatvwas not a full scoop. Smh. Rarely eat sunway because firehouse subs , but when I go I expect good sandwiches amd today was not that day.

I ordered a six inch sub i asked her to give me soft bread lightly toasted she put ranch on my sandwich instead mayonnaise tried putting lettuce instead of spinach she pretended like she couldn't hear me but she basically don't like black people i will never ever go back there.

The staff is always very friendly. The owner often works on the sandwich line to ensure food is acceptable quality. Never had a problem with the food they make here. This is one of the better Subway's I've been to! Keep up the good work!

It was clean. The employees were nice. They were all wearing masks. I felt very safe. They are having meat shortages. For example, they had no roast beef. And said they wouldn't get any until next year. But the food was very good.

Awesome Subway. We order from this store all the time. Owner is very nice Service is super fast. My son loves eating at this location.

Absolute horror of a subway. None of the workers seemed to understand/hear me, despite repeating myself multiple times. I was trying to ordering 4 different sandwiches and they tried to make all the sandwiches at the same time and add the same items to each. I wanted 4 different sandwiches, not 4 of the same one!! And the sandwiches were all falling apart, on top of which they even burned one!

I asked for a little bit of extra sauce and the girl drenched the entire sandwich in it to the point where it was dripping all over the place. The time before this the girl was so rude I left before even ordering anything. They seem to have a different crew every time I have been in there so I would assume they don't get much training.
