Kfc

Disappointed. Ordered a 3 piece, potatoes, corn and a chicken sandwich with Mac, Cole slaw, and corn. The chicken was actually quite small. The corn was really tough and actually burned a bit. It had clearly been in holding for a long time. The person who took the order seemed a bit rushed, even though it was around 7:30 and there was no one in line but me. They weren't rude or anything; just not especially friendly. Maybe they'd had a long shift or something. The sandwich and fries were least good. I came to this store because the one closer to me is pretty lousy and the one in Dallas is a dump. I was hoping to have a better option, but I'm not real sure now. Might have to just abandon KFC.

We decided to go to this restaurant drive thru for lunch today. The cashier misheard what I wanted. Then another woman speaks through the mic and was rude. She lacked customer service skills. I wasn't rude to her but she sure was to me. I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time and more than likely it will be a long time before I return. It's bad experiences like this one that make me think twice.

Worth Waiting For 😊 Zion, the shift manger, at my local KFC in Cartersville, GA took the time to listen to me and my indecisiveness of what to order. When I asked her about the Chicken Pot Pie, she answered honestly by saying, "I really don't like pot pies, but ours is really good"!. And based on her honest answer, I not only decided to try the pot pie, but ordered the #6 too because of her kindness and patience. Needless to say, it was DELICIOUS! And well worth the 21 year wait lol. I also want to give a shout out to Blanche as well for her understanding on my inquiry regarding the wings. She to was very pleasant. Kindness goes a long way in these unprecedented times that we're in . Thank you !
