Dirty, sticky and flat out unclean. I love 711. But not this one. I went in for one of my weekly big gulps and every cup was sticky, all countertops as well. Trash everywhere and the checkout guy was just sitting, playing on his phone. I’ll pass on this 711 the next time I’m in town and maybe hit the Circle K across the street.

I placed a door dash order pretty late. They are refunding me for a simple item that I would gladly replace (chocolate). Im trying to call. SOMEONE is answering the phone, not saying anything, and then clicking randomly. Very annoying can’t communicate at all. Looked at their reviews and apparently they “don’t like to answer the phone on Fridays” whatever that means. To the owner of the store... please address this issue accordingly. Dont

Saturday October 16th, 11:00 am. Whoever this lady is that was currently working at this time seems very unhappy. I understand if you've been going through some stuff but tone the attitude down and relax alittle. If you honestly dislike being here why are you even working here? Last time I come to this 711. At this point I'll rather go to the 711 by 228th At least they actually smile when you enter. Smh

Ladies were nice enough but you have to ask for Stok shots & napkins. Also the French vanilla machine was Out of Service (along w 2 other flavors in the same machine) & I had to get my own FV creamers because the bin was empty. Thankfully I saw an open box of FV creamers on the floor. The coffee area was dirty, including the creamer bins. Not a great experience at 9:30am on a Friday. 👎🏼

It was ok, until today during lunch time. It seems they either hired a new male employee with zero customer service skills, or they switched him from another shift. I'd never seen him and I've been going there for more than a year. The guy was rude and cynical to other customers and me. People would ask questions and he basically had "no" answers, with a very cynical smile on his face. There was a long line and he was RUSHING people. The ladies who normally operate the registers are ok, not fast but at least decently polite. This guy doesn't belong there.
