Jollibee

My first time trying Jollibee Fried Chicken. Had the order to go and had it for dinner. Chicken was still very crispy and tender. I appreciate the fact that after the drive home about 20 minutes it was still crispy. Quite different from like KFC or Popeyes, less seasoning then both of those but very nice. Service is really good and staff is friendly. Covid Compliant.

I’m only giving this place a low rating because of the HORRIBLE customer service. I asked for a ketchup and this one particular girl gave me ONE and rolled her eyes.? I didn’t want to be as petty as this worker so I just left. But I come here occasionally to buy food but the amount of attitude these workers give is ASTRONOMICAL. I had my fair share of working in a fast food place but I was never rude as these workers. They act like they hate their job and their manager probably does too.

Being married to a beautiful pinay, she tells me that JolliBee is a staple fast food in the Philippine culture. Their fried chicken is what they are known for. They also serve sweet favored spaghetti which I’m not keen on but it’s a favorite for many. The burger is also tastes different from anything your used to State Side but to each their own. If you are lucky to live nearby one, I recommend you try it, just know the flavors might not be what you expect.

I went to this Jollibee location earlier today at 12:19 PM and I ended up waiting for one hour for just one spicy chicken sandwich instead of 10 mins. One of the employees gave me an attitude after I asked "when will my order be ready?" then he told me "to show professionalism" but all they were doing was keep giggling for no reason and they were goofing around instead of working. Every customer who came in after me left and I was the only customer remaining because of the amount of time I waited for just one spicy chicken sandwich. Do you call that professionalism? I don't think so. This particular Jollibee location has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The employees does not know how to show respect towards their loyal customers and value them. Do you think I don't have a right be upset for waiting for one hour just because they were goofing off instead of working? I drove from 30 mins from Lakewood and this is the treatment I get? I been coming to this location frequently because my autistic son loves to eat Jollibee especially Spicy Chicken Sandwich and he also ended up waiting for one hour for his spicy chicken sandwich. He ended eating his lunch at one instead of 12.
