Ever since covid, they haven’t been able to nail down workers. Sometimes the dining room is open; sometimes it’s not. And how do I even start with the drive-through?? Oh that’s right. I have so much downtime waiting to order that I’m writing a review. Anyways, just trying to alert people in a hurry to consider finding an alternative.

Maybe the most incompetent fast food stop ever. I pulled up placed my order which was the only thing they got righ. I pull up to the 1st window the total is wrong they tried to get me to pay someone else's order. I correct them and pay my order I pull to the next window window where they promptly tried to give me the wrong order again. Correct them again they hand me a bag and they forget my drink and fries. I wait for them to return to the window to get the rest of my orderI pull away grab a fry and it's ice cold. The fry felt like it had been sitting for an hour. I pull around tell them the issue sit through the line again for another 12 to 15 minutes get another fry As I'm pulling away it's cold Again. How hard is it to serve hot fries? I had an appointment to get to so no time to sit through the line a 3rd time. I pull away grab my sandwich and surprise surprise it's cold Congratulations Wendy's you literally couldn't get anything right.
