First time I’m very unimpressed with this location. Cashier misheard my order and gave me the wrong thing and then the replacement was something that barely resembles the Big Double. Normally this is my go to place for quality but this was not a good experience. The only saving grace was the Cheerwine on tap.

I ordered onion rings which were very good. Fresh and hot, probably the best I've had from semi fast food. With that being said, i cant get over the fact, i paid 1.99 for 4 onion rings. For sure i won't again.

CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! This place used to be amazing now if I’m not going to Five Guys just don’t get a burger at all. A bunch of kids working at night so only go during the day. Night manager look like a kid so good luck with that too. And the picture is a REMADE order. Just sad this is going to be you “BIG DOUBLE BACON BURGER” pray to God they put they right stuff on it. Sad to say but literally only go if I forgot that they’re going to mess up my order and TAKE THE OLD FOOD BACK!

This place comes in handy since I leave work very late at night, they stay open until 3am and even when the line is long, it moves decently. The only discrepancy is that the food is inconsistent. Some days the questionable is crispy, other days its not. You may get a nice box full of onion rings one day, may get a few the next. Overall though, still solid for late night food option, the tray for 6.99 is a great deal!

First time I have not rated a Cook Out at a 5 star. First, the milkshake had over run the cups and we had to tell the drive thru to clean them before handing them to us. One top of that no napkins or straws so we didn't even get to enjoy them. The rest of the food was good and the fries were hot. So not all bad

Good food, quick service, and always super friendly! Whenever we want a quick bite, Cook Out never disappoints! I do wish their side options offered a bigger serving though. Regardless, they're still delicious!

Usually the shakes here are great, but when I went this time they weren't. I asked for an Oreo Shake and received one with m&ms and other things mixed in. Almost like they didn't clean the mixer after they last used it. I am very disappointed.

Simple order, 2 burgers with no onions. Got them with onions. No big deal, took em back to counter. 30 min later I walk back to counter just to find out they have been sitting in a sack for the whole time. While we were waiting, a very nasty, smelly guy came in with a cook out shirt on. It was very evident that this shirt and person hasn't been clean in quite a while. He went to the register, clocked in, and went to the back. Yuck
