Based on the other reviews and my experience, you may want to avoid this location. As others have pointed out, cleanliness is not something that they care about. In my own experience, I saw one of the employees pick up a dropped towel from the floor and continue cleaning the outside of the ovens or machines that holds the bread. I thought that it was gross, but didn't think much of it until the other employee started making my sandwich and went to one of the machines. So, even though the employee preparing my food was wearing gloves, she touched a surface that was contaminated by the employee who cleaned it with a towel that fell on the floor. They also were not the friendliest. I won't be going back to this location.

Poor, poor and poor customer service. The old lady behind the counter should work on her attitude and manners. She is not pleasant at all.I was the only customer there at first, 3 of them were standing without any work. Once I started order people starts to come in. After I order my first sandwich- in beginning, I said I have 2 orders and for the second order, she told me to go and stay behind the line to get my second order. One lady in the line said - no, let her complete the order and the rude lady says- no she has another order needs to stand in the line again. Have anyone heard such a the rule in any place? I think the boys there were helpless of this lady’s attitude. I should have read all the reviews before going into that place. Never Ever recommend this place at all.

I told staff, I found some black s in the ice from the machine when I was getting my drink. The guy just said they will clean it. I watch several people walk in and out and managment did not even tell people not to use the ice machine. Staff did not ever put a sign up to say out of order. They just keep making sandwiches.

Awful service. I’m here an hour and a 15 minutes before closing and the employees making my food are preparing my sandwiches with no care whatsoever. Veggies are just falling all over the place and they’re just tossing all of the toppings with half of them falling off. It’s disgusting to watch and I don’t even want to eat my food anymore. Please look into this issue. The gentleman in front of me even complained and they just said report the store to corporate if you don’t like they way were acting and just walked away. Update a week later: still a terribly run establishment
