Ihop

They gave us marinara sauce that had mold in it but we didn't get a picture to show here. They also gave us a "clean cup" that had lipstick on the rim. They apparently made new pancake mix but our pancakes came out rock hard and looked like this. Our French toast also came out undercooked. The chicken also came out super salty and overcooked. Ther service was good but other than that this was a horrible experience. If it was one thing wrong we wouldn't have said anything but this is way too many things wrong that could really end up with someone sick.

I ordered a chocolate shake. I was ok. I ordered the tilapia mashed potatoes and corn and a Sprite I asked for garlic bread and they didn't have any. They did not for no rolls no bread nothing. The young lady that showed me she could be she was friendly as she could be trying to hold a small conversation. I guess I gave it a three out of five stars

I experienced the worst service here this morning! I've been here many times and have mostly liked the food and the service... Idk if the chef was tired or what but it was 9 in the morning and the food served was of poor quality! We ordered chicken and pancakes and strawberry banana french toast. The coffee was great! That's why im giving 1 star! They took forever to bring our breakfast even thought only 5-6 tables occupied.. The chicken with the pancakes looked they were reheated, pancakes were okay. But the french toast was served the worst! I didn't even feel like eating it. It was burnt and had a really bad presentation! Usually when they serve strawberry banana french toast, they serve 6 halves with ample strawberries and bananas , topped with strawberry syrup and powdered sugar. This time, they dumped the french toast - only 4 - and put a few strawberries and bananas here and there.. did not even make an effort to make it presentable! When i showed our server Jasmine, the actual picture of the strawberry banana french toast which is on yelp, showing how presentable it was, she told me that i only ordered 'one french toast, so this is half order' I had never heard of such a thing in my many visits to this branch! It looked as if she was trying to cover up her and the chef's error! She came back after a few mins and told us that they'll take the French toast off our check, and i knew they screwed up! We left without eating the french toast as we were so disappointed! Never going to this branch again!!

I might be a little late with this review but the new manager there was so respectful and prompt. My order was perfect and hot when I arrived. Even though the pandemic has stopped customer service at other places. DAUPHINE COOK, the MOD, keeps my hope alive for the next time I bring my family to a restaurant.

I hankered for an egg breakfast. I thought of IHOP's omelettes and they never disappoint. I chose the mushroom spinach omelette which had mushrooms, fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, hollandaise sauce, cheese, and just a sprinkle of onions. I had the side of fresh fruit of watermelon, honey dew melon, pineapple, and grapes. The omelette was hot, fresh, and oh so good. The fresh fruit added to a delicious meal.
