Starbucks

My favorite Starbucks in the area. They're fast, the location is great, and the staff is top notch. Also, they never hide mobile orders inconveniently behind the counter like other Starsbucks'. I always try to stop by here in the mornings vs. the one closer to my office specifically because of the quality service. Keep it up!

I'm giving it 2 stars because I haven't walked in and ordered or used the drivethrough. I've always ordered through their app for walk-in and pick-up to-go. Three weeks in a row they've either messed up the order, forgot to complete the order, or never started the order. Just last week, I ordered through their to-go app and waited 30 minutes before I left the house to go pick it up. When I arrived 5 minutes later, the drinks were sitting there on the counter but no food was present. I waited to see if they were still working on it, but no one brought anything for 5 minutes. I finally got someone to pay attention to me so I could ask about the food order and they looked puzzled. I had to show them the receipt and they said, "Oh, we forgot". So I waited another 10 minutes (they were busy) for them to to heat up the Sous Vide egg bites and a egg sandwich. Just this Sunday, I placed another order through the app and waited 40 minutes to go pick up the order. I get there and my 2 drinks, the sous vide egg bites were there ready. BUT AGAIN, they forgot another item. It took a long time to even get help, but when I did, I asked them about the 4th item they forgot. One girl said, "Oh they're working on it now". So I stand there and wait another 10 minutes. Finally, I see the manager Christina bring up 3 bags that contained sandwiches. I asked if one of those were for me, but alas they weren't. I asked her about my 4th item that's on the ticket and she said no one made it yet, as they forgot. So she goes and makes the egg sandwich, which only took 2-3 minutes. By this time it's been almost an hour and my drink is lukewarm so I have to heat it up in the microwave when I get home 5 minutes later. Seriously, if you're going to have an app to order pick-up to-go for convenience, follow through. This store has staffing and managing problems as there's no internal confirmation on their orders. It's always a scramble to play "catch-up" when there's a problem. A sidenote: Be careful when parking here. The parking lot is quite small and the entrances and exits are very high potential areas for accidents. People are constantly circling the parking lot for a parking spot, but as they circle, they cross into the driveway area and that in turn blocks part of the drive thru.

Service is usually very slow. If you do a mobile order then it takes between 12-20 minutes to get your drink. Sometimes they make it right, sometimes they get it confused with other people's orders. They either need to hire more staff or re-train. I think I'll go to the one on Sandy Lake and 35 from now on
