Mcdonald's

This is for sure the store with the SLOWEST service ever!!! Front end girls barely move and if they're doing something else like getting another order ready, forget it. They completely ignore customers waiting to be helped while they walk around minding their own business doing who knows what. When they finally help, again.. They barely even speak and move. Finally when my order was ready, they literately set it on top of the counter as they walked away so i had to figure that my order was there and ready and had to call the girl to provide me with some ketchup. Also its super confusing trying to figure out where to go to standvin line. And last, they had the door next to parking locked for ever making people walk all the way around the back doors. WHY!!?? Who freaking knows why anymore... I mean.. All of their other locations are completely opened and everything has been opened for ever.. Poor!!!

Not surprised by the low score! Employees don't bother to greet anyone, they always have their kids in and out of the back and serve their kids and friends first! Bathroom smells like something died over and over in it! Don't offer doordash if you're going to skip over the orders to fill your friends when everything is done! We are rated by our timing and you are ALWAYS late

Me and my group home come here once a week because we have those meal cards, I'm a vegetarian so I like to get a substitution for the main course and the workers here are all so flexible and nice about it. When there's hardly any customers the food takes forever to make, and most of the time they mess up the orders for my housemates, but not mine!😄

HOT & COLD! Although service was fast and good, food was cold👎. We asked for fresh fries and they were warm almost cold. Not very good 😒. Chicken nuggets were also cold and a little stale 😩. BUT, Coffee and strawberry cream pie were hot👍. They have a large seating area that was pretty clean for the most part, bathrooms were ok, can be a little cleaner, tables were clean, trash area was clean, floors, and soda fountain were clean as well. Overall had a good service with bad food🤔. It just goes to show how both food and service go together for the restaurant industry. Even for you McDonald's😒.
