Neat place in Carmel! It’s nice to find something that feels new and unique. Being a rooftop open air place hits that spot. Service was good and nice people. Food was good. My only gripe at all was a limited bourbon list (but if the crowd doesn’t demand it I can’t blame them.). I’ll definitely be back.

First visit to 3UP and I was highly impressed! Great location, right on the Monon in Carmel. Nice bar with a beautiful outdoor area that has plenty of seating. The service was top notch and the apps were really good. Drinks were fantastic too. They make a mean whiskey sour. Great atmosphere! Perfect place for date night or drinks with friends. I highly recommend!

Beautiful night on the rooftop with drinks and small plates, as well as live music and a great atmosphere. Big shout out to our server Sabrina, who was personable, responsive, and accurate with our constantly changing order. Congrats, you are doing a great job. We will definitely be back to 3Up! Shout out for another great evening at 3Up. Our server, Allison, was super attentive and handled the comings and goings of our group so well. We were sometimes 4, sometimes 6, sometimes 8 people with multiple checks, and she kept our orders straight, the food and drink coming, and the used dishes moved out of the way. It was a gorgeous and busy night. Additional shout out for the easy bathroom layout, with individual (non-gendered) stalls and a communal sink/mirrored area. Only suggestion would be to put free feminine products in there. Thanks for the awesome atmosphere, food, drinks, and service!

I went here for the first time to see the environment and grab a drink. The outside seating is so relaxing and cute. They have so many areas to sit and enjoy the balcony. The drinks were great, I got the old fashioned! No one brought our check so we just left, (just in case you don’t know, they run a card on a file when you sit down, if you leave without filling out a tip receipt they automatically charge a 20% tip!). Which is convenient if you wanna get out of there without waiting on someone. Next time I want to try out the food menu!

This was my first time visiting 3UP. I met my best friend for drinks and a bite to eat. It was busy, for sure. If you want a couch with a table, go early or wait around until one opens up. Our server was Ivy. She's a superb server! You'll be well taken care of if she's waiting on you. The drinks are good and so is the food. It's a little pricey. We each had 3 drinks and pizza and sliders. The bill totaled $150, which included a 25% tip. But it was a great place to meet a friend and catch up. There was live music later in the evening, which I love! Overall, it was a great experience!

The vibe of this place is on point! Very cool place with excellent decor and feel. Menu is extremely small for a "cocktail bar". Food menu is small but that was expected since it isn't really advertised as a full on restaurant. The sliders were amazing and the tacos were good. The waitress was nice but the bussers walked around like velociraptors stalking their prey of empty dishes and glassware. I feel like we were being watched constantly just waiting for them to descend upon us and snatch up our plates and forks. Chill out...

Very interesting place. Was there on a random Thursday around 6pm and ended up staying until about 10pm. The outside seating was packed the entire time and it was 'first come, first serve' style so keep that in mind...and time flies when you sit out there. Because there is not really anywhere in Carmel to go, there were all sorts of ages from newly 21yr olds to people in their 60s and up. The drinks were good. I had the spicy margarita (I enjoyed it and I hate spicy), and I also had the old fashioned (too sweet, but overall okay). We ordered the brussel sprouts, which were amazing! As well as the hummus platter which was also really good. I was surprised by how good the food was. I will be back to order more for sure

I wish i would have caught our waiter's name. He was so good! The atmosphere is a little swanky, drinks pricy but very good. There was a one man band playing that did a great job playing old 90s songs in his iwn little rendition. Service was prompt courteous and extremely efficient. It gets a little crowded since the weather was cold and no one could go outside. There were firepits outside but no heaters the day we were there. Can't wait til it gets warmer ro go outside and drink and watch the monon passer bys.
