Looking for a great breakfast, we came up on eggshell bistro. I’m so glad we picked this little spot to hang out. The food was phenomenal, and I loved the atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was unique, and the staff were very friendly.
It has a laid back vibe and (at least while we were in) things happened at a pretty slow pace. (Coffee, getting food, getting check) We didn't mind at all because we weren't in a rush, but I'd hesitate to stop in if I wanted a quick meal.
We had an excellent experience and would definitely return

The food is very good, the place is different, a little strange but it has its charm. It is very small, I do not recommend it to go in large groups. The food is very delicious and very elaborate. However, I do have to highlight that on the different occasions that I have gone, the service is very bad, apparently the few employees they have do everything, but if you have to go, bearing in mind that you are going to spend a long time there, If you go with the idea of having something quick for breakfast, this is definitely not the place for you. Here you have to go with the mentality that you are going to live an experience and you have to take all your time to enjoy it, because the food and drinks are worth the waiting time.

The food was great, my 7yrs old loved and he is a picky eater!
Service was slow our water glass was never refilled. It's a different experience compared with normal bacon and egg place. If ppl have time to sit down and wait it's a fun place to give a try.

I love when I stumble across an underrated spot. Carmel City center is a combination of historic and upscale area but the moment you enter Eggshell Bistro it’s a European vibe automatically transporting you to a different era!
The food is made from scratch and the outcome is evident in every bite. The showstopper was Labneh & Zataar with labneh cheese and za'atar, egg, pickled beet, blueberry and mint on a ciabatta toast. The flavors were subtle yet added a good hint of of fruity and fresh in every bite.
The cafe has been around for 12 years and I loved the short yet crisp menu which is fixed and running successfully for the last 2 years. Service was on point and customers kept moving. Pretty small space and limited servers so don’t come hungry and expecting super quick service. All in all 5/5**

It was a gorgeous and delicious brunch spot! Loved the service and the decor too, I had the truffles egg brioche and I could see there are both European and Mediterranean-infused dishes here. So cool to see! Would definitely be coming back again.

Amazing and delicious. The atmosphere is eclectic and feels European. Each dish looks like a unique culinary experience - we got the Shakshuka and Shirred Dukkah Eggs and loved both. A perfectly seasoned meal with interesting and tasty combinations. I also got a chai latte, which was delicate and delicious. We will be back!

A cozy brunch spot with exceptional dishes. The menu is unique and delightful and a welcomed change from your typical “bacon, eggs, and potatoes” brunch. Portion sizes are perfect, and the shakshuka was delicious and wonderfully spiced. The texture of the bread was fabulous. We will be coming back again and again!

From the quiant atmosphere, to the top notch baristas and chef, you will definitely want to make this a dine-in experience to get the full effect.
The menu is very unique with lots of delicious options you won't typically find in Hamilton County. The shakshuka and quiche were incredible, everything cooked to perfection. Both the baristas and chef are very intentional when making your drinks and food, ensuring that it looks and tastes amazing.

Unique and delicious place for breakfast! Today we tried their turmeric latte and vanilla latte. Both were excellent. The turmeric latte especially is worth trying!
For food we just had a portobello strata, but it was soooo good. The eggs are fluffy and delicious. It just has so many flavors.
Overall I highly recommend the Eggshell. Their server Sam will take great care of you.
