Panera Bread

This place is fine. I go there to work when my dog is at the nearby VCA. The people are nice enough, it just isn't run terribly well. Their espresso machine has been down for maybe 2 months now (I've been going to the vet a lot!) and they can't even make hot chocolate without it. (They could, but they won't.) It's usually pretty empty and easy to get one of the 4 outlets in the place for your various electronics and there are typically others working from there. Their food quality is what you'd expect from any Panera, it's just the management that seems questionable.

Came here with the wife and daughter and my wife ordered Chicken chipotle sandwich of some sort and her reply is she didnt like that the bread was to thick and chicken didnt have any chipotle taste or flavor at all. I guess they use bacon bits instead of strips as well? So me and my daughter decided to wait and go next door to Five Guys. Staff was great though that's for sure very knowledgeable and very helpful (and very patient)

Perfection! We ordered yummy sandwiches, soups and a kid’s meal. The food was great as usual but the thing that really stood out for me was the curbside service. Phenomenal!! I couldn’t believe how fast they had our food out to us. When the food was finished we received a text, a minute later it was at our car. So fast AND accurate!! I was shocked. When we opened the bag to eat, we found everything was perfectly packaged to keep things warm and protected. We used the Panera app for iPhone to order and pay. Such a quick and easy download, used Apple Pay so no need to enter personal information. This process could not have been easier. Congratulations Panera for a stand out experience!

Poor experience overall. Lots of little things that in isolation aren't that big of a deal, but they added up to a frustrating experience. When it was our turn to order the girl at the register seemed annoyed to have customers. My wife has a dairy allergy so we asked for her food to not have cheese and we asked for it to-go. When we picked up our food it was prepped for dine-in, but the lady behind the counter kindly repacked it for us. Later when we were ready to eat, it turned out that my wife's order had all the dairy on it and she was unable to eat it, so it appeared that the girl taking orders might have been having an off-day. We didn't have time to go back to Panera, so we called 4 times over an hour and were never able to get through. The line would just hang up after a few minutes of ringing. This was the "call to place an order" phone number, so perhaps they just didn't want the business? We were really looking forward to a nice lunch date but it's pretty disappointing when one person can't have their lunch.

Usually pretty good- I stop here on my lunch frequently and they’re quick and efficient. Today was a different story. I swung by on my way in to work, waited forever for a bagel and a fruit cup. Bagel was burnt. I’m not sure why you would give that to a customer in the first place. Super disappointing because they weren’t busy at all.

Did rapid pick up and ordered a Greek salad with chicken and the dressing on the side as I'm fixing my salad I find a lil black hair I'm starving so I remove it and remove the food it was touching I take a few bites and everything is fine as usual I'm about to take another bite when my daughter starts to cry I calm her down and I'm about to offer her some salad and I notice something strange on the fork it's a HALF OF A DEAD ROACH OR MOTH AND THE GUTS ARE SPILLING OUT probably as a result of my stabbing it with the fork. I am so disgusted never in my life has this happened to me that I know of and I've already taken a few bites. I took pictures and will be showing the General Manager the bug so she or he knows her restaurant is not as clean as she or he may think!!
