This store has had an amazing remodel and they are a lot more consistent with the coffee.

Store was very busy with long drive thru line, long inside line and 4 in the pick up line.
While it had to be a stressful situation for the employees, smiles and courtesy were abundant.

I ordered the Everything Bagel bites and was really disappointed with the fact that you only get two, and they barely, barely had cream cheese in them. Otherwise, the service was great.

Asked for decaf coffee had to wait as they made fresh pot. It was delicious, but they did want us it was extremely hot. Apple fritters were delicious. 1st time there, but we will be back.

I just wanted to say. Today at 7:30 I got an iced vanilla coffee. Who ever was working that shift. I am THANKFUL SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE MY COFFEE. I want that woman to make my coffee for now on. She needs a raise. She is the best. Thank you so much. I have never met someone who knew how to make my coffee to the T.

We stop at Dunkin often for breakfast on travels to and from Connecticut. Stopped at this location for a breakfast sandwich knowing what to expect. Not so! The sandwich tasted like it was prepared and toasted fresh for us, the server was very friendly and the experience we are so used to was elevated dramatically. The coffee too was delicious. Next time we are in the area we will make every effort to visit this location in Cape Coral.
