I got the pink strawberry coconut refresher. First the drink was pouring out and on the counter!! 2nd there is no real strawberry in this drink! She poured some juice from a box into the coconut milk. And 3rd the taste was terrible.

Missing food out of every online order week after week. It use to happen at the store and I'd kindly mention stuff was missing. Seems to happen every week, sometimes 2 times a week.
Worst part is gubhub and other apps won't fully refund you. I'd calculate probably over 100+$ worth of missing food in the past yr or less, and I feel like it's probably more $.
At some point you got to ask your staff "why this is happening so much"?! If your understaffing this place and your the owner, maybe you need hire some more help, or step down as an owner. I ran a similar establishment for 8 yrs and I'd never let this slide.

Almost every online order I've ever done is missing something or incorrect. It's a busy location and the workers might benefit from more help.

Love this place, girl gave me 3 times amount of bubbles no charge and when i asked if i could get 10 munchkins for my lil bro she gave them free! Also other day this place gave mom shot if expresso when different dunkin literally gave her just warm milk for a cappuccino! Will definitely be back, they made my day

I pre ordered at 1:07. I get there about 10 minutes after I order and I don’t get my coffee till 1:30. I also ordered food and that took till 2:07. So overall it took an hour to make my order. When I told them they forgot my food they seemed rude.

Standard Dunkin fare. We got here before the rush at 7am.

Super slow service at the drive thru and 3 of our 4 coffees were wrong but we were long gone before realizing so we couldn't turn back. Strong language barrier made ordering impossible
