The owner of this Taco Bell is gouging his patrons. Taco Bell corporate just updated their pricing in November 2021 and the average price for a burrito supreme is $3.19, however the owner at this Taco Bell is charging $4.19. until this crazy owner decides not to rip off his patrons I recommend everyone go to the nearest other Taco Bell. Mind you it is not just a burrito supreme as the average crunchy taco is $1.19 he's charging $1.59. again this owner is not getting the business that he wants so he is making everybody who comes here pay through the nose let's stop him in his tracks for being a crook and a swindler.

Please taco bell owner hire managers that can actually problem solve. I am a dasher i spent 36 minutes in your drive thru because u won't allow us to come in and get the orders for your customers. While waiting in line i accepted another order for 3 tacos. When i got to window she said u will have to wait we do 1 ticket at a time . What? Really please get people that know how to manage she is an embarrassment to your institution. She wanted me to go back in line and wait. Unacceptable. Dashers stay away and regular customers make sure u give yourself 30 minutes to get fast food.

We ordered 2 taco party packs(24 tacos). Upon getting home and start unpacking the tacos to start eating we noticed the taco had minimal meat and toppings, more shell than anything. We will not be going back. $34 wasted and they won't answer there phone. Plus the girl running the ordering box started taking our order 3 times then asked us to hold on sh was helping the manager. I'm not happy with this taco bell at all! Not to mention they were out of chicken which is what we originally wanted.

We originally wanted chicken from the KFC side, but they were out so we settled for the taco bell part. It is awful spent 34 and some change for tacos that aren't even properly made what so ever this is the worst taco bell I've been through ever. I took pics of 6 different tacos and my kids were so upset that one only ate 1 he is a teen and eats usually 6 or 8, my other son ate two soft and one hard but when you get all shell and no ingredients you'd stop eating as well. My daughter scrapped out what little toppings there were in 4 tacos just to put them in one and it made one correct taco. My youngest ate one and was done. We will not return to that place for tacos again.

Hands down worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. If I could go back in time and have never gone there and starved that night instead, I would gladly do it. Food quality was terrible.

This has to be the slowest taco bell i have ever been to, the last two times I've been here I have placed an online order, just to get to the drive thru box it takes over 20 minutes. I then pull aside for them to start making my order and that took an additional 15 minutes. I understand being short staffed, having worked fast food and retail, but they have at least two guys working and it never takes that long anywhere else with the same amount of workers. Why wait in a drive thru for 30-45 minutes?

If I could give no stars I would! I have tried to come twice in the last week. Last week they didn’t have enough chicken at 7pm to fill an 8 piece original recipe order. My daughter ordered the Cinnabon delights and they were cold on the inside!
Then last night we tried to go back. They again did not have enough chicken for an 8 piece order, the only sides they had was mashed potatoes and cole slaw and they had no biscuits they said until the truck came today!! I have never been somewhere with service consistently terrible!! You need new management ASAP!

So my visit started by being asked to wait at the speaker for around 5 minutes, there are a couple of people at the window ahead of me, but no long line, regardless I wait the 5 minutes for them to get to me. I ordered two beef burritos (the new ones with beef, cheese and rice). There is a car in front of me who has been at the window for at least 5 minutes at this point and after about another 5 he is asked to pull forward. I figure he has a big or complex order, my value menu burrito is probably already made. It's been 5 minutes in line after my 5 minutes waiting to order. It has to be right? Wrong... They take my payment and then ask me to pull forward. I wait 15-20 minutes for two $1 burritos. Now 30 minutes in for two burritos all I want is my dinner at this point. They bring it out and I start eating it on my way home and it's not even made right. Just plain beef. No cheese, no rice. I get this restaurant must be extremely understaffed and the employees clearly have no training since they can't make a staple menu item, but they just need to close until they have enough staff. This was a worse experience than if I had pulled up and they were closed. It would be one thing if it was a 30 minute wait or was made wrong because stuff happens, but for myself and the poor guy in front of me who waited equally long that's just not acceptable.
