Smoothie King

I personally have had a great experience at this location. I work a retail job and can only get a meal after I get off of work and normally they are very helpful with how I run late and close to the closing time. But the closing staff on the date 3–15–22, were all hiding from the drive-through even though I had arrived four minutes prior and they definitely could have made a smoothie in that time. And they all were looking at me as I sat in the drive-through as 9 PM rolled around on the clock. Please let your staff know that they are not closed until they are actually closed. They cannot pick and choose customers because they want to get off of work. Now I don’t have a dinner tonight which kind of sucks.

Worst Smoothie King in Metro ATL. Given the complete wrong order to begin with and still messed up the second time. This happens here constantly. They consistently screw up easy orders and take forever doing it. Last time here, my daughter and I waited for 35 mins…for two wrongly made smoothie. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I came by today and the boys in the store were not wearing masks. One was even coughing. Luckily the two young ladies were wearing their masks while they worked. If you're going to be at your job in food service, especially while coughing, at least wear your mask. You are increasing the chances of spreading the virus or any other airborne illness for that matter. To the two ladies that were wearing their masks, thank you! To the two boys, please take this pandemic more seriously. It's not that difficult to wear a mask. You're in food service for goodness sake. Two star for them being inconsiderate of others. Other than that, the smoothies were great and the employees were helpful and kind.

Way under staffed, at least for a Sunday afternoon. I came in and ordered 2 kids smoothies and 1 medium smoothie. There was only 1 other person waiting for their order when I arrived. Only 2 employees were there, and after over 20 minutes of waiting for my drinks, I had to cancel half of my order because i could no longer wait without being late to an appointment, and they had not even started on the medium smoothie. Hire more people if you would like to have a drive through running at the same time as walk-in hours.

Ordered a smoothie on the app the be picked up when they opened at 7am. Sat in the drive thru lone for 5 mins and no one helped. Pulled around the front and they weren't even opened! Waited another 5 mins and then had to leave and show up late to work. Called them around 745 and was told that I could come get the smoothies now. Explained to her that I was at work and I can't just leave to get a smoothie. She then gave me an attitude and said theres nothing she could do. I asked for a manager and she said he wouldny be there until later. Called back spoke to the manager who was very kind and helpful said he would give me a cash refund and leave it in an envelope and ensured me that get would make sure that they would open on time if I wanted to come back another day for a smoothie. Tried 3 other occasions and never opened on time. And I tried going one night before they closed to get my refund and they closed early. Needless to say, I never got my smoothies or my refund. I will never return
