Sidelines Grille

Went with my mom. She had the Philly cheese steak. I had hot and Kentucky Bourbon wings. Mom said the sandwich was great. The wings were super tasty. The Kentucky Bourbon sauce was amazing! Server was really friendly and helpful. Everyone wore masks and maintained proper distancing. Will be coming back!

Very disappointed! Bar employees didn't say anything. Wasn't greeted when I walked in. Just stared at as if I don't belong there or something. Not even a "Be with you in a minute" with two employees working at the bar and one unoccupied. Server's attitudes toward their work or customer needs to change. I'm not saying be happy go lucky all the time, especially dealing with all types of people and personalities all day at a bar but a simple acknowledging someone when they're in your establishment to spend their money for what you offer, sometimes can be a booster for the customer since that what this business is. I love bars and the atmosphere of them but this wasn't a good experience at all.

Consistently good meals every time we go or order take out! Nice variety from simple bar food to vegan burger to perfectly cooked fresh-caught salmon 🥗...at a decent price.. including drinks! And, the service, whether at the bar or seated, has always been exceptional!🍸 Oh, and don't forget to check out their well-stocked case of bakery goods from Alpine Bakery...amazing!!!! 🎂

Very disappointed in Service at the Sidelines in Hickory Flat tonight. Online process was OK but when daughter went to pick up food, she was told they didn't have order, hostess then found it after she had waited 25-30 minutes already. She was told they didn't process the order and it would be another 25 minute wait. Waited for the order and took it home which is only 5 -7 minutes away. ALL the food was cold and mushy like it had been sitting for a long time ( probably original order) which they found. This place is not normally like this and food is good but service was bad. Disappointed because I was introducing my daughter and her family to this restaurant for the first time. Very poor experience.

Not sure what happened. We usually enjoy great food and service at this Sidelines. This is second trip in a week where it was less than. Fish overcooked (way overcooked). Handmade chips had huge clumps of chips stuck together where usually single chips. French Dip sandwich brought to table without Au Jus for dipping and took a while to get waitress’s attention (others were half through with their meals before mine was complete). Drinks not replenished very often. Food took longer than usual to table. Just not really ok.
