Placed order online, easy, really disappointed in our two sandwiches! The cook overcooked the burger, taste like SHOE LEATHER, requested Medium Rare. Chicken was completely overcooked, so dry. Requested Wheat Bun, received white bun. The cook looked like he was 17, obviously hasn't the experience to cook correctly. Need to get the kid off the grill! The two working in the front were both smiling, friendly, pleasant personalities.

incredibly good 🥰 the bread the sauces all together is an explosion in the mouth. Definitely one of my favorite hamburgers. 😍

UPDATE: Left messages with both the restaurant’s headquarters and with the Uber eats complaints department. After more than a month, still no word from either.
Ordered a combo through Uber eats should have been cheeseburger with fries and lettuce tomato and onions. Ketchup and mayo on the side. This is what was delivered…highly disappointed. Just paid $18 for this. Ended up having to work through my meal, because I had to spend my lunch break driving down to the restaurant and back to work to correct the mistake.

10/10 experience from the moment we walked in. Dallas provided exceptional customer service ! He made sure we had everything we needed and more. Will be back for sure !

Overpriced sub-par burgers. Half empty topping station. They turned the frozen custard machine off well over an hour before closing time. French fries have a weird taste. Not impressed with this place. For the same amount of money I would much prefer Five Guys. Do not recommend.

First time at Cheeseburger Bobby’s and it was a good visit. The burger was cooked well and the topping options were plentiful… and to top it off- the Concrete dessert was a treat! Definitely will be looking for other locations!

Average at best. Can't recommend them over 5 guys, Culver's, VB or anybody else really except your low end fast food. The service was fine and timely. Food under whelming

Fries tasted like they were fried twice in the oil(crunchy and hollow on the inside), the meat on the cheeseburger was overly salty and had an unusual texture( couldn’t eat it). We essentially threw $30 in the trash. It was was dark, dingy, and dirty on the inside and overpriced for what you get.
