I got a bacon ranch burger. It’s literally called a bacon ranch burger! And u forgot the bacon. Nothing like working all day and being so excited to sit down and eat my expensive delicious BACON RANCH BURGER with no bacon. COOL!

Went here about 5:00 Sunday, 11/07, to pickup a sandwich. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a car already at the ordering stop. I was getting irritated because after 5 minutes, this girl is still sitting there. Finally, she speeds off. I pull up and there's no greeting, nothing. I wait and wait until there's about 4 cars behind me so I decided I'll take my $$ somewhere else. As I pass the actual drive thru window, I see people on there. I park my car in a spot and decide to go on and order as well as complain. The door is locked with a sign saying the dining room has temporarily closed early. I see 3 employees behind the counter doing nothing - NOTHING! Last time I come to this location!

Had the BEST experience here at Belden Village location. So happy and nice. I got 6 reubens and 6 crinkle fries. Thank you for the great experience! Food was made awesome!!!

I drive for doordash and the employees are always great and get my customer's order to me quick. Even when I order for myself, Im always satisfied! Loooove their mozzarella sticks and sometimes get them for a snack while dashing

It was late when we visited, didn't expect too much at this hour. Was so pleasantly surprised! The service was fast, the food was hot, almost too hot (if thats even possible) and very fresh! What a great meal!

I ate in the dining room. The floor seemed sticky; as I walked you could hear my shoe soles sticking to the floor. Obviously we do not clean booths between uses. Every booth I checked had crumbs from its previous use.

Arby's has always been a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, this was not a good day. Everything was dried out, even though we were asked to pull up because they were making fresh.
