Pizza Oven

On 6/06/22, I placed an order with a rude employee, I had ordered the same order b4 but this time he quoted a different price; I asked him why was there a difference compared to what I had paid recently, and he or the manager hangs up. I said manager because when my daughter called the person who answered her call said that it was only him and another person who is there. When the delivery person came, I told him what had happened and he explained that I was charged $5.00 gas prices in which the person who took my order should have explained why I was charged extra. I should have just paid him the $5 only, but I am not petty. My family and friends always order from here, but let’s say this place is history, I live less than 5 minutes away, will be going to KFC which is about 3 buildings away from them. This is the pizza oven on Lesh NE in Canton Ohio . They need a class in customer service including management

Extremely unprofessional. Very poorly run. Everyone there has a bad attitude and they like to argue and yell at customers when anything is said 🙄 😒 The food isn't good either, there's always something missing or isn't made right. The owner should really just shut it down and save everyone the misery.

Not professional at all. I can't understand why this pizza oven is so poorly run. Canton South. North canton so clean and management is so polite and professional. It's sad they let this one go. Have done nothing for it. You would think corporate would want this one to also run like a fine tuned machine. Prices went up but the service stayed the same. They probably have 5 good employees. Sad.

Ordered 2 large pizzas at 3:13 on a Sunday to be delivered less than a mile away at the bowling center.... 4:51 STILL NOT DELIVERED! Spoke to a girl at 4:15 and she said our order was out, should be soon. 4:30, was told the same. WE ARE LESS THAN A MILE AWAY! Was told to look at the road conditions by a rude guy answering the phone, to which I responded THEY WERE DRY AND CLEAR WHEN YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE! He said he didn't even care and would give us our pizzas free, and would tell his driver to buzz right over. Very rude, disorganized! STILL HAVEN'T SHOWN UP! TROY is the rude guy telling customers he doesn't care!

I dont know why I bother to order from this location. I bunch of young girls working and when they answered the phone they was giggling. When I went to get my pizza no one acknowledged me and 2 girls was talking about the pizzas being burnt. I ordered a large sausage and guess what it was very dark. I know they can do better

I have Usually been pleased with Pizza Oven. Today I got delivered the wrong Pizza twice. When I asked for the correct pizza. I was told thT was what I ordered and since they've been her twice that can't come again. Even tho it was their fault. I can't say how Dissapointed I am. This is Lesh Rd Pizza Oven, the manager wasn't helpful. I told her the pizza should have been remain and she should deliver it instead of putting the blame one me and I gave A $10. Tip. What happened to customer service
