KFC at the Cannock Orbital has long been a great place to provide great tasting chicken for a reasonable price. The building's reputation continues with succulent chicken, served at piping hot temperatures and with great timing. This visit had some great interactions with the shift manager and what seemed to be either an Area Manager or Training Officer. The environment of the store is very bright and open with a colour scheme based on KFC's logo and company ideals. A variety of different seating locations and types allows customers the option on how to experience their meal. Staff interactions are nearly always a positive experience at this branch of KFC. Today's visit was no exception except maybe for one service assistant that gave off a feeling of not wanting to be at work at that present moment. However most of the staff seemed engaged and happy in their position. A really good visit to this establishment, one that will be happening again in the not to distant future. 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗Out of 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗

Visited on a lunchtime weekday, dined inside, relatively quiet. Table service was very fast, and food was good. Plenty of car parking spaces. Personally, I'm not in favour of how the recipe for the chicken skin has changed over the years, as it is now like a thick and bubbly batter, whereas I preferred the older style thinner and spicier skin.

The person who greeted us at the tills was called Nicola at 5pm 04/05/2023 she was lovely helpful and we actually got the food we requested 10/10 and all I can say is it's a pity the staff at the hednesford branch aren't half as good,friendly and accommodating as they are at the orbital shame on hednesford I shall be using orbital all the time in future.
