This was definitely our last order from KFC Livingston. We've always had issues with orders (incomplete orders, orders cancelled 2 minutes before delivery time - after 40 minutes of waiting etc.). This time absolutely disgusting old, rotten lettuce/cabbage added to our burgers. Enough is enough. Do not reccommend, quality of food and quality of service is below 1 star.

The hot spicy Fill Up Box is delicious, however, the drive through design is awkward in a U-turn way when you drive there. Thought that it would be easier to go inside to pick up but found they were only doing drive through because of the COVID caused staff shortage. So, had to go back in the car to rejoin car queue for driveway pick up. Back luck myself.

Around 7:30pm today (02-07-2021) I ordered Less Oil Crispy Chicken from Drive Through, but they have given me very Oily and soggy chicken, which my kids and neither me enjoyed the chicken, which ruined our dinner, I recommend no one should buy the chicken from this kfc Livingston. I request management should take appropriate action. I have posted along with the image a month ago and the management don’t have curtesy to ask for sorry. I don’t want to go to this Livingston KFC near canningvale again. Thanks

Where to begin. I have never had a KFC experience like Livingston KFC. Always get your orders wrong, unless if you are ordering something small & easy (e.g, a freeze or a go-bucket) Today I went to KFC Livingston on Friday, 29th July, 2022 just before lunch rush. A couple weeks prior, we ordered from this same store and received original chicken in our 3 piece box/feed when we asked for hot & spicy chicken (they always give us original chicken when we ask for hot & spicy). I said we would never go back to KFC Livingston. However, our usual KFC place was closed for renovation, so we went to this KFC. Firstly, the girl on the cashier greeted me nicely as I asked for a "regular popcorn chicken and regular chips". She then puts down a go-bucket on the POS screen. After a solid minute of trying to order something very simple I then asked for a "3 piece feed, spicy chicken". I see on the POS screen that she has put down "original" and a Pepsi max, which she didn't ask what drink I wanted. So AGAIN! I had to ask for spicy chicken then ask for my drink that I actually wanted (Normal Pepsi). Then she asked me If I wanted to do dine-in? I said "no, I would like to do takeaway". She gave me the most confused face I have ever seen. It made me feel super confused even though she was wearing a mask, so I couldn't quite hear her properly she could of just pronounced her words more as it was very hard to hear what she was saying. Overall, please train your staff to ask questions for what you want in your order e.g "Would you like original or hot & spicy", "What type of drink would you like in your 3 piece box?" ect. These simple customer service questions will help improve the overall quality of this establishment. Now to the actual meal. Firstly, I had to check to see if it was hot & spicy chicken, which it was thankfully. When I was eating my meal, I noticed two blonde hairs in my chicken 3 piece feed box after I ate about half of it (btw I have brown hair). Disgusting! Totally unacceptable for a food business. So overall, don't trust or go to this KFC. I have given them so many chances and they always screw you over. Just go to the KFC at Spencer Village. I have never had an issue with them. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star rating is because they didn't stuff my order up this time for hot & spicy and I have had worser experiences at this place - saids a lot about this KFC. So If you want to order here, make sure to check your bag to make sure that they have your order right every time you go this KFC - You'll thank me.

Well well well. Kfc Livingston hey. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at kfc. First of all I waited 10 minutes for my food. Which is very standard kfc. But when I got home to eat my food boy oh boy was I so disappointed by the little treat they left . I got a large 6 nugget combo. The nuggets cold and the chips. OMG!!! First of all they were cold, had no salt and tasted like they’d been sitting there for the last week. BUT THE WORST PART WAS THE AMOUNT OF HAIR IN THE CHIPS, I swear there was as more hair then chips. I’m very disappointed with this kfc and I frequent the Attadale one so that’s saying something. Please try make sure this doesn’t happen again, for everyone’s sake please.

It seems KFC product is no longer finger licking good. It's now false advertising because the product is nothing like it use to be. The chicken coating is really thin and tasteless. Disappointed!!! long long long time customer since the 70's

Ordered via the app to "skip the queue", went in store and still had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Three people ordered after us in store and received their food before us. More than 5 workers and the supervisor or manager sitting in their office but all the customers still had to wait long times to even have their order taken. Paid ~$9 for 10 nuggets, they were wrapped tightly in this tiny bag and all smashed together. Consistently experience bad service and long wait times.
