Much nicer since they started closing the doors in the morning as I had stopped coming because of that and would go to a warm Cafe instead.
Wonderful healthy food for a reasonable price considering the location and what I am sure are high overheads.
The soup bar is a wonderful idea.
Music is also at a reasonable volume rather than blasting like some over excited cafes are prone to doing.

I recently ate here whilst travelling through. It was nice to get a fresh salad and not some junk food! After a long day of travel, I was after some fresh goodness.
Sumo salad ANU had a great selection nice salads. Good prices, good portions. I didn't expect it to fill me up so fast! Kept my tummy happy for the rest of the day till dinner! I decided to grab a soup slammer to go along. Best choice of the day I must say. Satisfying and wholesome. Wish we had one of these in NZ.

I split my salad everywhere and the team were lovely and helped me clean it up and replace it. Beautiful people with fantastic customer service skills. If I forget my lunch at work again - I know where I will be going!

This place has come leaps and bounds since new management has taken over. Staff are super friendly and know their stuff and happy to provide their recommendations. The healthy Mexican salad was awesome. I will be back to try the coffee and a toastie soon

Never leave negative reviews because I know how hard it is to work in takeaway food as have done it myself. We travelled to Canberra for Uni open day called in for coffee and brekkie. Worst coffee I have ever had did not drink it. Ordered brekky wraps got cold bacon and eggs wraps and didn't eat them either. Wished I had left feedback at store but they weren't at counter. Waste of $38

2 days this week I've gone to sumo Sala ANU and have ordered the same thing - Commando Chicken Caesar Salad. On both occasions I have been given something completely different. I've worked in hospitality and this is just appalling.

Just had the pepper tas salmon. The portions was huge and i think the packaging has changed, looks much bigger! I was really full at the end of it.
Washed it down with their orange juice. refreshing! (:
