Let's start with all the great people who the GM super sweet "so embraced I forgot your name" but you know who you are C; she was very knowledgeable about her product and even the area and other restaurants in the area. She was able not only to tell us about the food we sampled but was also well versed in what ingredients in the food "yah you know you get 5 stars! The bar tenders Are super helpful "I told them I wanted a smooth, none bitter beer that had a fruity flavor and BOOM!! he set me up with a delicious Belgium beer. "Everyone in this establishment knows there products" 5 stars. For starters we had home made chips and salsa "the chips are fresh and crunchy, the salsa has a smoky Paprika flavor "so good" Next came the deep fried bacon "OH MY GOSH, where have you been all my life!! Slightly crunchy, melt in your mouth tender and a flavor that makes you wish it will never leave your pallet. "Not kidding" now on to the Chili "again everything is house made" made with a boilermaker whiskey ground beef and more. Did someone say sliders? Yup, they have blue cheese, Whiskey bourbon and classic burger sliders. Again made it n house. "The boiler maker has upped the game for sure" the interior Is wonderful and has a local patron feel to it, with big screen TVs and even a new style jukebox. If you want to hang and chill with friends look no further "dis is da spot" good food good people and darn good beer and yes they serve hard liquor also.
